Throw Out the Lifeline

Dear Beloved, Brothers and Sisters in the faith:

It is with a sad heart that someone in our church has to add sin to sin. It seems that we have not yet hit rock bottom, just when we are told that our church has to work in harmony with Christ our Savior. While He is cleaning the heavenly sanctuary, the church of God on earth must be cleansing their hearts and souls from sin. With the power of the Holy Spirit and with the divine presence of God, we must be overcomers, wearing the character of Christ, the robe of His righteousness, which is available for all those who choose to fight the battle of faith and become part of the vindication of our Savior and all that He has said in His Word: “He will have a people in this last generation on earth, the weakest physically, but spiritually they will reach the point of living without sinning.”

And yet, as the Church of God makes its way from earth to heaven, and the higher we climb, the narrower it becomes, we cannot believe our eyes. It’s one thing to fall off the path, but to commit suicide by jumping off – my mind has a hard time computing that. Could it be that some really don’t take God at His Word? Could it be that some really love the world more than the truth of God? Could it be that some really love the spotlight of rebellion more than God? Could people really love their sinful acts more than God?

And lastly, could it really be that some can read the Bible and still truly believe that God’s heavenly kingdom will be filled with all these degrading and sinful acts that cost Jesus his horrendous suffering and death? Beloved, I do not have an answer for someone, much less a person in the leadership of God’s Church, who cannot distinguish between love and eternal life versus sin and eternal death.

This first quote below, from the pen of Ellen White, is directed to the new LGBTQ book mentioned above, where the author blasphemes the very Word of God and reveals what she must look forward to if she does not change her mind and repent:

“The testimony of the Alpha and Omega in regard to the punishment for making non-essential one word spoken by the mouth of God, is the fearful denunciation that they shall receive of the plagues that are written in the book; their names shall be taken out of the book of life, and from the holy city.” (Special Testimonies on Education, p. 237.1).

The rest of these quotes address the acceptance on the part of our leadership who are leading out in the downward fall in all the facets and dimensions against all the Biblical and doctrinal truths that our Remnant Church has been reviving from under Papal darkness for over fifteen hundred years – the Sanctuary doctrine being the first and central pillar, where all our other doctrines emanate from. Sad to say.

Our leadership, by its lack of concern, has demonstrated that they are deliberately sinning by their silence. There are some exceptions from ministries that speak out like Saved to Serve, Amazing Word Ministries, Advent Messenger, Fulcrum7, myself and others, but not a word from our leadership. The same pastors who are furious for those of us who dare to speak out against the leaders of this great apostasy against God are also silent:

“Those ministers who are men pleasers, who cry, Peace, peace, when God has not spoken peace, might well humble their hearts before God, asking pardon for their insincerity and their lack of moral courage. It is not from love for their neighbor that they smooth down the message entrusted to them, but because they are self-indulgent and ease-loving. True love seeks first the honor of God and the salvation of souls. Those who have this love will not evade the truth to save themselves from the unpleasant results of plain speaking. When souls are in peril, God’s ministers will not consider self, but will speak the word given them to speak, refusing to excuse or palliate evil” (Prophets and Kings, p. 141.3).

“Would that every minister might realize the sacredness of his office and the holiness of his work, and show the courage that Elijah showed! As divinely appointed messengers, ministers are in a position of awful responsibility. They are to ‘reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long-suffering.’ 2 Timothy 4:2 … ‘Thus saith the Lord.’ God calls for men like Elijah, Nathan, and John the Baptist—men who will bear His message with faithfulness, regardless of the consequences; men who will speak the truth bravely, though it call for the sacrifice of all they have” (Prophets and Kings, p. 142.1).

“God cannot use men who, in time of peril, when the strength, courage, and influence of all are needed, are afraid to take a firm stand for the right. He calls for men who will do faithful battle against wrong, warring against principalities and powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. It is to such as these that He will speak the words: ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; … enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.’ Matthew 25:23. (Ibid., p. 142.2).

“Elijah cries out in clear, trumpetlike tones, ‘How long halt ye between two opinions? if the Lord be God, follow Him: but if Baal, then follow him.’ The people answer him not a word. Not one in that vast assembly dare reveal loyalty to Jehovah. Like a dark cloud, deception and blindness had overspread Israel … And now, in this crisis, they persisted in refusing to take their stand for God” (Ibid. p. 147.3).

What she put into words when she wrote was what God showed her. Israel’s condition had entered a crisis and something had to be done! She continues below, only now the picture changes from the past to the future. Below she compares what happened with Elijah on Mount Carmel with our day, within the scope of the Omega Apostasy.

“The Lord abhors indifference and disloyalty in a time of crisis in His work. The whole universe is watching with inexpressible interest the closing scenes of the great controversy between good and evil. The people of God are nearing the borders of the eternal world; what can be of more importance to them than that they be loyal to the God of heaven? All through the ages, God has had moral heroes, and He has them now—those who, like Joseph and Elijah and Daniel, are not ashamed to acknowledge themselves His peculiar people. His special blessing accompanies the labors of men of action, men who will not be swerved from the straight line of duty, but who with divine energy will inquire, “Who is on the Lord’s side?” (Exodus 32:26), men who will not stop merely with the inquiry, but who will demand that those who choose to identify themselves with the people of God shall step forward and reveal unmistakably their allegiance to the King of kings and Lord of lords. Such men make their wills and plans subordinate to the law of God. For love of Him they count not their lives dear unto themselves. Their work is to catch the light from the Word and let it shine forth to the world in clear, steady rays. Fidelity to God is their motto” (Prophets and Kings, p. 148.1).

Dear Brothers and Sisters, As I share the truth of the effects of the Omega Apostasy, I have one more thing to do, and that is to throw out the lifeline:

Throw Out the Lifeline

Throw out the lifeline across the dark wave;
There is a brother whom someone should save;
Somebody’s brother! o who then will dare
To throw out the lifeline, his peril to share?

Throw out the lifeline! throw out the lifeline!
Someone is drifting away;
Throw out the life line! throw out the life line!
Someone is sinking today.

Throw out the lifeline with hand quick and strong:
Why do you tarry, why linger so long?
See! he is sinking; oh, hasten today
And out with the life boat! away, then away!

Throw out the lifeline to danger fraught men,
Sinking in anguish where you’ve never been;
Winds of temptation and billows of woe
Will soon hurl them out where the dark waters flow.

Soon will the season of rescue be o’er,
Soon will they drift to eternity’s shore;…

Dear ones, hold on to the truth of God’s Words. Be sincere in everything you do. Let us not criticize or think the worst of those who are still behind, preaching from the sacred desk or teaching the Sabbath School Lessons. We don’t know who is still holding on to the full truth of this Advent message. Let’s be like Christ and don’t judge a brother or sister by their first encounter or impression. Let us be as Christ wants us to be, the ones who throw the lifeline to our brothers and sisters.
