Italian Health Minister Roberto Speranza and President of the G20 Health Ministers holds up a copy of the “Rome Pact.”
On Monday, September 5, 2021, the 20 richest countries in the world met in Rome, Italy and signed the “Rome Pact,” a political agreement to create a universal vaccination framework to help vaccinate the world. [1] The “Rome Pact” shares the same vision from the World Health Organization to increase Covid-19 vaccines among the poor nations. [1] Led by Italian Health Minister Roberto Speranza, who holds the G20 Presidency this year, the G20 Health Ministers approved the following:
“The meeting of G20 health ministers on Monday approved the ‘Pact of Rome’ and pledged to make sure the population of the whole world has access to COVID-19 vaccines. ‘The Pact of Rome was unanimously approved by all of the G20 countries,’ Italian Health Minister Roberto Speranza told a news conference at the end of the two-day meeting in Rome … ‘We want to defend the universal framework – you have the right to be treated regardless of your class or race.’ ” [2]
Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director General of the UN World Health Organization, has provided the vaccination data for the G20 Health Ministers meeting. In other words, the World Health Organization has provided the target numbers for the “Rome Pact.” These are the vaccination numbers that the UN wants the G20 to achieve in every nation of the world:
• at least 10% of every nation’s population by this month
• at least 40% by end of 2021
• 70% by mid-2022

The G20 Health Ministers have not only agreed to meet these vaccination numbers, but are also promoting a “One Health” philosophy. We are not talking about “One Health” for all the different people and nationalities of the world. No, they go beyond human beings. They are pushing for a pantheistic healthcare system that no longer sees the difference between human health, animal health or environmental health. The President of the G20 Health Ministers Meeting, Italian Health Minister Roberto Speranza, explained the purpose of “One health”:
“Speranza called for the adoption of a ‘one-health’ approach. ‘We want to invest in the One Health approach, looking at human beings, animals and the environment as a single ecosystem to respond to the health emergencies of today and tomorrow,’ Speranza said.” [2]
In another news report, Italian Health Minister Roberto Speranza explained that “One health” was a strategy to interconnect humans, animals and the environment as a way to combat future pandemics:
“Italy’s Speranza has also called for a “One Health” approach during the meeting to mitigate crises in the future, such as another pandemic. The “One Health” strategy acknowledges that humans, animals and the environment are interconnected.” [3]
There will no longer be a distinction between human health, animal health or the environment. The President of the G20 Health Ministers, Roberto Speranza, attributes the current global pandemic to damage to the environment. They are connecting the Covid-19 pandemic, the climate crisis, humans, animals and nature. But you CANNOT equate man with nature. We are not the same. Man is above nature because he was created specifically in the image of God:
- “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.” Genesis 1:26.
- “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.” Genesis 1:27.
- “And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” Genesis 1:28.
Once again, fallen, sinful human nature wants to reverse or destroy the order that God originally established at creation by pushing pantheistic philosophies. You cannot have a “One Health” approach that interconnects humans, animals and nature into one. Nature has no consciousness. That is pure pagan idolatry. Nature is inanimate and has no soul or thought processes; therefore, the earth should not be venerated or praised. The church has been given the task of exposing these dangerous errors that are leading many down the path of perdition:
“Every power in the church is to be actively engaged on the side of Christ. The followers of Christ are to combine in a strong effort to call the attention of the world to the fast-fulfilling prophecies of the word of God. Infidelity and spiritualism are gaining a strong hold in the world. Shall those to whom great light has been given be cold and faithless now?” (Testimonies, Vol. 9, p. 43.1).
It is very terrifying to see our civilization in grave danger. Political leaders are pushing pantheistic healthcare solutions on the entire world! Thanks to these misguided leaders, the world will be flooded with Eastern pagan philosophies. Spiritualism is conquering the world and the church. Why is this happening? What is the attraction? Inspiration has stated that this would happen:
“The Protestants of the United States will be foremost in stretching their hands across the gulf to grasp the hand of Spiritualism; they will reach over the abyss to clasp hands with the Roman power; and under the influence of this threefold union, this country will follow in the steps of Rome in trampling on the rights of conscience” (Great Controversy, p. 588).
There is a relationship between spiritualism and the trampling of the rights of the conscience. We see this happening with the passage of coercive government health mandates. This threefold union is being established at this very moment, while our freedoms are trampled underfoot before our eyes. The evidence is so obvious and shows that God knows the future. The only mystery is why are God’s people not proclaiming the message for this time with great power and conviction? Part of the last warning message that must reach every nation, kingdom, language and people is a call to worship the Creator, not the creation:
“Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.” Revelation 14:7.
