I came across the video from The Renewal 2022 rally that took place on January 8, 2022 in Plant City, Florida. [1] Evangelical Christians pastors from around the nation participated in a rally to renew America and bring our nation back to God through revival. Some of the Evangelical leaders who participated in this rally included:

- Liberty Pastors co-founders Paul Blair and Dan Fisher
- Romans 911 author Grant Berry
- Recover America President Dr. Rick Scarborough
- Foundations of Freedom Founder Dave Dias
- Lamplighter Ministries Founder Jon Hamill
- Battle Ready Ministries President Col. David Giammona
Unfortunately, these are Evangelicals who do not see the distinction between the two tables of God’s law. In other words, they think Sunday laws are good and do not violate the US Constitution. I know many of the names on this list, two of whom are from Oklahoma and don’t live far from me, and they openly teach that the separation of church and state is not enshrined in the US Constitution.
Dr. Ben Carson, a Seventh-day Adventist, also spoke at The Renewal 2022 rally. Most of what he said regarding abortion and gay marriage is correct. I’ve always admired Dr. Carson, and I understand that his involvement in politics requires that he maintain good relationships with everyone, as far as possible. That is something I am aware of. However, Dr. Carson’s final remarks at The Renewal 2022 event totally baffled me. I appreciate his views on liberty, the freedom of conscience, as well as his opposition to abortion, homosexual marriage, and many of his views on the Covid vaccinations. Nevertheless, Dr. Carson stated something incredibly dangerous, given that he was speaking at an Evangelical rally attempting to spark a “revival” to return America back to God. Here is how Dr. Carson concluded:
“A revival is needed in our nation and I think we’re going to have one and each of us plays a role in that in our sphere of influence. So please continue the momentum that’s been generated and will be generated through this renewal and revival. Thank you and God bless” (Dr. Ben Carson, video).
Here is the problem with this statement: There are actually two revivals described in the book of Revelation, not one. The true revival that comes from God is found in Revelation 18:1-5. Under the power of the Latter Rain, the entire earth will be enlightened with the glory of God through the proclamation of the Three Angels’ Messages. But there is also a false revival in which three unclean spirits will come from the dragon (Satan), the beast (Rome) and the false prophets (apostate Protestantism) and will deceive the world through false miracles (Revelation 16:13, 14) during the mark of the beast crisis. The book, Great Controversy, also describes the two revivals in great detail:
“Before the final visitation of God’s judgments upon the earth, there will be, among the people of the Lord, such a revival of primitive godliness as has not been witnessed since apostolic times. The Spirit and power of God will be poured out upon his children. At that time many will separate themselves from those churches in which the love of this world has supplanted love for God and his Word. Many, both of ministers and people, will gladly accept those great truths which God has caused to be proclaimed at this time, to prepare a people for the Lord’s second coming. The enemy of souls desires to hinder this work; and before the time for such a movement shall come, he will endeavor to prevent it, by introducing a counterfeit. In those churches which he can bring under his deceptive power, he will make it appear that God’s special blessing is poured out; there will be manifest what is thought to be great religious interest. Multitudes will exult that God is working marvelously for them, when the work is that of another spirit. Under a religious guise, Satan will seek to extend his influence over the Christian world” (Great Controversy, p. 464).
Unfortunately, Dr. Carson doesn’t make this distinction between the true and false revivals. And without this distinction, his words will cause confusion or be misconstrued to mean that he is supporting the coming false revival under the Antichrist. Yes, two revivals are coming in light of Bible prophecy, but we cannot support the counterfeit revival with our presence or with our silence. And God’s true revival is also coming. Let us work to build “momentum” in this true movement. Let us call people out of Babylon so that they can participate in the wonderful working power of God during the closing work of the Latter Rain.

Ben Carson cannot be trusted he speaks out of both sides of his mouth.
There is a large vineyard to be cultivated; but while Christians are to work among unbelievers, they are not to appear like worldlings. They are not to spend their time talking politics or acting as politicians; for by so doing, they give the enemy opportunity to come in and cause variance and discord. Those in the ministry who desire to stand as politicians should have their credentials taken from them; for this work God has not given to high or low among His people. God calls upon all who minister in doctrine to give the trumpet a certain sound. All who have received Christ, ministers and lay members, are to arise and shine; for great peril is right upon us. Satan is stirring the powers of earth. Everything in the world is in confusion. God calls upon His people to hold aloft the banner bearing the message of the third angel. We are not to go to Christ through any human being, but through Christ we are to understand the work He has given us to do for others. – {FE 483.1}

Dear Pastor Andy, the Revival you are looking forward to is the Movement of the scattered Remnant Ecclesia of Living Stones, that are now being gathered from the 4 corners of the earth! Check out Ezekiel chapter 37, the “Bones of Stones” chapter. especially verse 10!
For those with “ears to hear,” ( and eyes to “see”) can’t you hear/see the Remnant Ecclesia of Living Stones “Crying Out!” giving the “Loud Cry” from all walks of life? I hope so!
If you believe that the apostate Seventh Day Adventist Church religious system, or the independent and self supporting Seventh Day Adventist “Church” is the totality of the Revival/Movement that Ellen G. White was referring to, you will miss what is now taking place all around you!

Remember what Ellen White said: “If the government would honor the Sabbath as God has commanded, it would stand in the strength of God and in defense of the faith once delivered to the saints.” 4BC 1168.8
There is a big difference between “honoring” a day and “enforcing” a day.
I think it is very bigoted to say that any revival that is not a SDA revival is a false revival. Remember, God has his people many churches beside the SDA church:
“ The Lord has His representatives in all the churches. These persons have not had the special testing truths for these last days presented to them under circumstances that brought conviction to heart and mind; therefore they have not, by rejecting light, severed their connection with God.” LDE 197.2
I don’t think this was the time or place for Dr. Carson to proclaim the 3 angels message. This was a rally, not a revelation seminar. Don’t read more into what he said or, in this case, didn’t say about Sunday laws. He’s accurate in saying there’s a revival coming. We know prophesy and we know what to expect.
