Unfortunately, “the god of this world hath blinded the minds” of many today (2 Corinthians 4:4). Many people have reached the point where they no longer “endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts” they have heaped to “themselves teachers, having itching ears.” (2 Timothy 4:3). As a result, the validity of the warning to the church to “be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God” has been rendered null and void (Romans 12:2).
God’s truth must never be compromised by worldly influences or by the enticing methods of the dominant culture, as this will lead us to moral and spiritual corruption. Let us not repeat the mistakes of previous generations about whom it is written: “But with many of them God was not pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness” (1 Corinthians 10:5). And when we see members of the church being bewitched today, as they were in Galatia, we must raise the same protest that Paul raised in his day, when he warned, “There are some who trouble you and would pervert the gospel of Christ.” (Galatians 1:7).
AdventHealth’s New 8 Laws of Health
God gave us eight laws of health. These eight principles are inscribed in the pages of inspiration for the church to remember and obey. If followed correctly, these eight health principles can help to alleviate many of the health issues that we face today. Here is what God gave us in His word:
“Pure air, sunlight, abstemiousness (temperance), rest, exercise, proper diet, the use of water, trust in divine power—these are the true remedies. Every person should have a knowledge of nature’s remedial agencies and how to apply them. It is essential both to understand the principles involved in the treatment of the sick and to have a practical training that will enable one rightly to use this knowledge.” (Ministry of Healing, 127).
These are the health principles given to us by God, which have now been replaced by AdentHealth’s modern version, seen below.
This is a picture of the new health principles displayed in AdventHealth “South,” located in the main campus adjacent to AdventHealth University, next to Whole Life (Adventist) Church near downtown Orlando, Florida. We are replacing God’s wisdom with man’s wisdom. Modern medicine believes it has outgrown God’s knowledge and power. Only God has the power to heal. He is the only one who has the ability to change people’s lives. Humanism erodes and distorts God’s wisdom, and it will never be able to truly restore or heal the body or the soul. In our culture today, we must delegitimize, degrade, and demolish God’s word in order to be scientifically and medically accepted by modern medicine. Tragically, we have modified the laws of health, just as the papacy did with the Law of God.
God’s List
Pure air
Sunlight
Temperance
Rest
Exercise
Diet
Water
Trust in divine power
Man’s List
Choice (pro-abortion?)
Rest
Environment (Laudato Si’?)
Activity
Trust in God
Interpersonal relationships (ecumenism?)
Outlook (who knows?)
Nutrition
God’s list is very specific and leaves no room for interpretation. Man’s list is ambiguous, and some of the points can be interpreted in a variety of ways.
“He said furthermore unto me, Son of man, seest thou what they do? even the great abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations.” Ezekiel 8:6.
AdventHealth’s Yoga, Zumba, and Les Mills Classes
This is an advertisement for the AdventHealth Wellness Center in Orlando, Florida, located at the AdventHealth Hospital (South). You can see what is being offered by the AdventHealth Wellness Center in Orlando, Florida. Yoga classes, Zumba classes, and the complete Les Mills body programs are available. We will briefly explain what all of these courses are. You have to pay for these classes. However, by scanning the QR code above, you can get a free pass.
Yoga is a term that can be found in ancient Hindu texts and is used in Buddhism, Hinduism, Jainism, and other eastern religions to conduct spiritual exercises through meditation, breathing, postures, and sounds. Yoga is a spiritual expression that aims to develop your inner being and raise your higher consciousness until you reach “enlightenment.” According to Eastern philosophy, you can eventually attain supreme consciousness, or “god consciousness,” through the various levels of yoga and become a yogi, a Buddha, or a god. [1] [2]
Yoga has been practiced for 5,000 years and is completely incompatible with the Creator God and His gospel. These concepts were present in the days of Abraham, Moses, Christ, the apostles, the Reformers, and our Adventist forefathers, and they all rejected them. We are opening the door to spiritualism, inviting demons into our lives, and abandoning the God of heaven by embracing the teachings of yoga in our Seventh-day Adventist institutions. Souls will be lost as a result of this.
“Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is called Today; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.” Hebrews 3:12, 13.
An AdventHealth yoga instructor is shown in the video above offering Saturday morning yoga classes for $10 per session on the Lord’s holy day. In both the video and the video description, they mention $10 Saturday morning yoga classes.
Zumba at AdventHeath
Zumba is a dance fitness program set to high-tempo dance music, similar to what you’d hear in a nightclub. A Zumba class is demonstrated in the video above by an AdventHealth trainer. Click on the image to see the Zumba video by AdventHealth.
Les Mills Body Flow & Les Mills Sh’ Bam
The Les Mills Body workout program is taking yoga to a new level for the next generation. According to Les Mills, their Body Flow program combines “Yoga, Thai Chi, and Palates.” [3] Thai Chi is another form of Eastern meditation that uses certain movements that look like slow motion dancing. Les Mills claims that their programs are based on “science” and will help your mind and body through “controlled breathing, concentration, and stretches.” [3] This is what is offered in our Adventist institutions. Les Mills Body Flow is a more relaxed version of Yoga while the Les Mills Sh’ Bam is much more intense. Both are offered by AdventHealth.
The video above is from a Les Mills Sh’ Bam episode. As you can see, the dancing and music on display are both openly sensual and seductive. This is supposed to be “healing” the community. Such dancing corrupts the minds of people and destroys any and all spirituality. This kind of dancing with loud music has nothing to do with Christianity or Seventh-day Adventism. You cannot mix club dancing with loud hypnotic music, bring it into the church, and call it a “health” treatment. Participating in such worldly displays weakens our faith and degrades our spirituality. This is a significant and radical departure from God’s principles of true health.
“Then said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, The LORD seeth us not; the LORD hath forsaken the earth. He said also unto me, Turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations that they do.” Ezekiel 8:12, 13.
AdventHealth is Joined with Disney Goddesses and Sorcery
The characters from the Disney film Frozen can be seen in the photo above, located at the AdventHealth Hospital (South). In the battle between good and evil, some charters use magic to cast spells. There are mystical trolls, a magical snowman, and magic at every turn.
The characters from the Disney film Moana can be seen in the photo above, located at the AdventHealth Hospital (South). You can’t miss the big green creation goddess called Te Fiti, who, according to Disney, has the power to create life. [4] This is pure pantheism and Mother Earth spirituality on display in our institutions.
Here is AdventHealth’s new evangelistic emphasis, which is prominently displayed for all patients to see. This is an invitation to sign on to the “hospital wi-fi” and enjoy Disney’s magic instead of studying God’s word. Below is a 2022 video from AdventHealth that uses magic to promote “wellness.” See both the video and the video description.
Paganism, pantheism, animism, magic, witchcraft, sorcery, spiritualism, worldly dancing, hypnotic club music, $10 Saturday (Sabbath) morning yoga classes, Thai Chi, eastern meditation, and spiritualism have made their way into Adventism. Who is the mastermind behind it all? Who is it that is bringing this in? And more importantly, why isn’t anything being done to reverse these downward trends?
F. D. Nichol was the Seventh-day Adventist supervision editor for the Seventh-day Adventist Bible Commentary Reference Series. He served on the Ellen G. White Estate Board of Trustees and was editor of the Review for 40 years. Some see him as the most prominent twentieth-century defender of Ellen G. White’s prophetic ministry. In his book “God’s Challenge to Modern Apostasy,” the late F. D. Nichol wrote:
“The Humanist is one who has confessedly abandoned the last vestige of time-honored and orthodox Christian conceptions of man’s relation to the supernatural, and has accepted wholly the scientist’s position that man must look to himself and the observable world about him for the explanation of his problems and the power to solve them.” —God’s Challenge to Modern Apostasy, p. 36.
By this very definition, humanists are in charge at the highest levels of the church because many have abandoned the pillars of the faith established by the movement’s founders and are looking to the world for success and guidance. F. D. Nichol called this apostasy in his book. Apostasy is defined as abandoning or departing from a previously held religious belief. These are the people who are destroying the church. These are the people who cast a false light about Adventism. They are the people who are doing more harm than good. These are the true dissidents who are leading others astray with their apostasy.
There is a lack of pastoral love and care to minister to these members who are scattering the flock and opening the door for predatory wolves to devour the sheep. God does not want any of us to be lost, but prefers that all may repent and live (Ezekiel 33:11). Where is the godly care and deep concern for the fate of all of God’s flock? Why is there so much inaction when the sheep go astray? Why is there a lack of faithfulness to guard those who have been entrusted to our care? Is it because we care more about the fleece than the flock?
God is with the shepherds who feed the flock, who defend them from the wolves, and who guide them along the paths of truth and righteousness. God supports the shepherds who lay down their lives for the sheep (John 10:11). These are the faithful ministers who understand the sacredness of the oath they have taken to: “Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine” (2 Timothy 4:1, 2). God is not against these faithful sentinels and watchmen. But He is against the shepherds who are actually hirelings (John 10:13) and who have become like ravenous wolves that lead the sheep astray; wolves who are in fact destroying the flock because of their unwillingness to do anything about the apostasy.
In an age when the church is turning away from the peculiarities of the gospel and embracing eastern spiritualism, humanism, materialism, and the world’s standard of success, it seems to me that what is needed more than anything else today is to present to all men and women the true features of the Adventist faith in all its fullness. These alone will convict the minds and pierce the hearts of the transgressors of God’s law and, most importantly, lead them to repentance toward God and true faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

God has a church. It is not the great cathedral, neither is it the national establishment, neither is it the various denominations; it is the people who love God and keep His commandments. “Where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:20). Where Christ is even among the humble few, this is Christ’s church, for the presence of the High and Holy One who inhabiteth eternity can alone constitute a church. {UL 315.5}

Advent Health is Advent in name only and their practices don’t seem to be healthy at all.

“Like ancient Israel the church has dishonored her God by departing from the light, neglecting her duties, and abusing her high and exalted privilege of being peculiar and holy in character. Her members have violated their covenant to live for God and Him only. They have joined with the selfish and the world-loving. Pride, the love of pleasure, and sin have been cherished, and Christ has departed. His Spirit has been quenched in the church. Satan works side by side with professed Christians; yet they are so destitute of spiritual discernment that they do not detect him…” {2T441, 442}
He will take his Holy Spirit from the church and Give it to OTHERS who will appreciate it.” E. G. White, (Review and Herald,
Vol. 3,272).
Of those who boast of their light and yet fail to walk in it Christ says, “But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgment than for you. And thou, Capernaum [Seventh-day Adventists, who have had great light], which art exalted unto heaven [in point of privilege], shalt be brought down to hell: for if the mighty works which have been done in thee had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.” [Review & Herald, Aug. 1, 1893] [THE BRACKETED COMMENTS ARE BY ELLEN WHITE.] [Last Day Events, p. 48]

Interestingly I found out that Advent Health is “Official Health Care Provider at Walt Disney World® Resort”
Also, they changed their name in 2019 from “Adventist Health Services” to “AdventHealth”, one word for some reason, is this to distance themselves from the church?

Why they change their name? Advent and Adventist is not the same. Advent is a catholic name for the period beginning four Sundays before Christmas. It is a catholic word for a catholic feast.
Adventist, in other hand, mean the doctrine that the second coming of Christ and the end of the world are near at hand.
P.D. Sorry Andy, but you should change the name from “Advent Messenger” to “Adventist Messenger”.
Andy Roman says
Thanks, I would but the church would sue me in federal court for trademark infringement.

This is a disgusting disgrace that these people are in our hospitals, our Lord Jesus will have a faithful remnant of the remnant that will rightly represent him it will be few, those few that will inherit the kingdom of our Lord and Savior. To those who are striving to attain a crown may our Lord and Savior strengthen you to the finish line, and may God Bless the men of backbone who sound the trumpet to these abominations taking place in our mist! God,s protection is with all that stand for the truth in these last days!
