Despite the fact that the greatest storm in history is about to break upon this doomed world, we are inclined to take things for granted feeling confident that when trouble comes, the Lord will intervene and all will be well. We must not panic about the end, but we must prepare to face the storm.
“A storm is coming, relentless in its fury. Are we prepared to meet it? We need not say: The perils of the last days are soon to come upon us. Already they have come” (8T 315).
