Guilherme Peixoto, also known as DJ Priest, is a Catholic priest who led a dance party for 1.5 million young Catholics before Pope Francis’ Sunday morning mass at World Youth Day 2023. [1 ] Now, the same Catholic priest played his dance music at the Monsterland Halloween Festival 2023, the largest Halloween party in Italy. Guilherme Peixoto has the Pope’s blessing [2], and this party priest participates in pagan festivals that glorify witchcraft and Satanism through dance music.
Rome is paving the way and becoming the model for others to follow, especially in terms of contemporary dance worship forms. They are showing the youth that worship is all about having fun, just like a party. Unfortunately, this younger generation, which is ignorant of biblical truth, has accepted the lie and has embraced the wine of Babylon.

Halloween is all about gruesome costumes, haunted houses, and depictions of death, which are both unsettling and inappropriate for Christians of any age. Halloween has historical connections to paganism and involves themes related to the supernatural, occult, and darkness. How do Catholic priests transmit the faith through club music or minister to those who are dressed up like vampires, zombies, monsters, skeletons, and witches? Is this the new evangelization? These representations and horrible music are designed to bring you to Satan, not Christ.
Halloween is a horror-themed celebration that is observed worldwide on October 31. It commemorates the night when the boundary between the living and the dead is obscured, allowing ghosts to enter the human world. This is pure spiritualism. It is also a day when Catholics and other churches pray for the souls of the dead.
“God has expressly forbidden all pretended communication with departed spirits. In the days of the Hebrews there was a class of people who claimed, as do the Spiritualists of today, to hold communication with the dead. But the ‘familiar spirits,’ as these visitants from other worlds were called, are declared by the Bible to be the ‘spirits of devils.’ The work of dealing with familiar spirits was pronounced an abomination to the Lord, and was solemnly forbidden under penalty of death” (Great Controversy, p. 556).
These Catholic priest-led Halloween events are aggressive marketing campaigns meant to immerse kids into spiritualism. They have made it clear who they serve. They are taking part in divination. Christians should have nothing to do with these demonic displays that glorify the occult and witchcraft. This is opening the door for Satan to take control of the minds of young people. They target children at such a young age in order to turn them into lifelong disciples of spiritualism.
“The fallen angels who do his bidding appear as messengers from the spirit world. While professing to bring the living into communication with the dead, the prince of evil exercises his bewitching influence upon their minds” (Great Controversy, p. 551).
