Pope Francis will attend COP28 in Dubai from December 1–3, 2023. American Magazine, the monthly Catholic magazine published by the Jesuits of the United States, published an interview ahead of COP28 with Judge Mohamed Abdel Salam, the secretary-general of the Muslim Council of Elders from the UAE. The Muslim leader revealed that Pope Francis is on a mission and is working to bridge the gap between Rome, Islam, and all of the religious worlds through “interfaith dialogue about climate change.”
This is Laudato Si’ and Fratellit Tutti being put into action. Yes, the Vatican is forming a geopolitical and religious alliance with the kings of the earth, and Judge Mohamed Abdel Salam is telling us that everyone is coming together at COP 28. The Jesuit publication stated the following:
• “The pope’s presence at COP28 will be a historic event and without precedence in the history of COP,’ Judge Mohamed Abdel Salam, the secretary-general of the Muslim Council of Elders, told me in an exclusive interview by Zoom from the U.A.E. on Nov. 4. The judge has played a key role along with the leaders of the COP28 presidency, the United Nations Environment Program and the Holy See in bringing faith leaders to COP28.” [1]
• “His Holiness is one of the pivotal players at the international level and one of the prominent faith leaders dedicated to this issue of climate change,’ the judge said. He recalled how Pope Francis ‘issued the encyclical on the care of our common home, Laudato Si’, in 2015, on the eve of the Paris conference on climate change, and on Oct. 4, on the eve of COP28, he issued an important update document on this same topic, ‘Laudate Deum.’ For all these reasons, he said, the pope was invited to COP28, an invitation Francis willingly accepted.” [1]
• “An interfaith event will be held in Dubai that will run parallel to the COP28 summit from Nov. 30 to Dec. 12, at which 70 nongovernmental faith-based organizations working on interfaith dialogue about climate change will participate. They will participate in 70 sessions from Nov. 30 to Dec. 12—six sessions every day—to talk about the importance of intercultural, interfaith dialogue related to climate change.” [1]
Do not underestimate what is taking place. Here we have Judge Mohamed Abdel Salam, a top political and religious leader, calling Pope Francis “His Holiness” in a Jesuit publication. You know that things are coming to an end when the Muslims start bowing to the Pope of Rome. The same Muslim leader is praising all the accomplishments of Pope Francis with his political (climate) and religious (ecumenical) agenda. We can truly see how Rome’s power and influence have become global, and she will soon be in a position to implement any political or economic policy that will benefit her goals and ambitions. Rome will continue to assert itself as the chief negotiator and mediator in world affairs, above all other political and religious leaders. This is exactly what prophecy predicts.
“And all the world wondered after the beast.” Revelation 13:3.
People used to ask in the 19th century, “How can the papacy rule the world while the Protestant churches are protesting?” Well, where is the protest today? Then, in the middle of the 20th century, people questioned, “How can the papacy achieve global supremacy when half of the world is communist?” Well, where is communism today? Today, in the 21st century, people are asking, “How can the papacy rule the world with so many Muslim nations?” Well, what is happening to Islam today? They, too, are being led into captivity by Rome before our very eyes.
We can’t turn a blind eye to what COP28 will bring. The world is genuinely in a state of wondering after the beast! That is precisely what we are seeing today. The prophecies of Revelation Chapters 13, 17, and 18 are taking shape, and this should make us aware of the signs of the times. The end is near. Prophecy warns us that when we see the great religious bodies uniting, this act will precede the final conflict in the great controversy. In this conflict, God’s people cannot be neutral or ecumenical. God’s last message of mercy is even more necessary today than in the past. In fact, the closer we get to the end of time, the more spiritually significant the Three Angels’ Message becomes.
