With only four months left until the US presidential elections, Roman Catholics will be conducting over 2,000 masses for former president Donald Trump during his political campaigns with the obvious intent of attracting the Catholic vote. Catholic mass is the central act of worship in the Catholic Church, while presidential campaigns, on the other hand, are political events that are part of the official government processes for electing our leaders. Merging these two completely polar events can only further erode the separation between church and state, a foundational principle in America designed to ensure religious freedom and governmental neutrality in religious matters.
On June 24, 2024, the National Catholic Reporter shared the following regarding the special holy masses for Donald Trump:
• “Catholic group that hosted a prayer event for former President Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago in March is now trying to have Masses said for the presumptive GOP nominee before the November election, prompting concern from some priests who say it could politicize the Eucharist.” [1]
•”The well-funded Catholics for Catholics group said the “Holy Masses for President Trump Campaign” aims to have 2,024 Masses said between Trump’s birthday, June 14, and Election Day, Nov. 5.” [1]
The mass is a religious expression that Catholics use to deepen their faith in their worship of God. This has nothing to do with politics at all, which is why it becomes a divisive topic when politicians turn to the church to help them win elections. The Catholic mass is a powerful tool to influence undecided Catholic voters. At the same time, this practice raises significant concerns about using mass to reach out to voters, and it begs the question of whether these politicians will ultimately owe something to the churches that helped propel them to power.
Given that the United States has a long history of reflecting the principle of separation of the church from the state, by remaining neutral and inclusive of all citizens, regardless of their beliefs, these holy masses for Donald Trump’s political campaigns risk blurring the lines between religious and political spheres, resulting in favoritism towards certain religious groups. Revelation 13 tells us that the state will one day impose the teachings of the church by law, meaning that politicians will feel obligated to reciprocate the favors that the churches extended to them by supporting them politically.
“The dignitaries of church and State will unite to bribe, persuade, or compel all classes to honor the Sunday. The lack of divine authority will be supplied by oppressive enactments. Political corruption is destroying love of justice and regard for truth; and even in free America, rulers and legislators, in order to secure public favor, will yield to the popular demand for a law enforcing Sunday observance. Liberty of conscience, which has cost so great a sacrifice, will no longer be respected. In the soon-coming conflict we shall see exemplified the prophet’s words: ‘The dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ’.” (Great Controversy, p. 592).

With all of the Christians supporting him it will be a de-facto union of Church and State from Trump’s first day in office, the Image of the Beast. SDAs need to wake up!

Smoking guns in this regard would be the Al Smith Dinner Trump made promises to protect The Catholic churches interests at that Catholic dinner,
when Trump became President one of his first stops as President was to visit the Vatican,
When He was there He marched with the Knights Malta’s (because He is one!)
Revelation tells us how The Dragon/Satan gives Power to The Beast/RC church,
That the Merchants/King’s of the earth receive power in turn from the Harlot power,
When Trump was President He promised to give power to the evangelicals,
So via Trump there’s a clear line of power going from Satan given to His Bride then via a Merchant/king and into Apostate Protestantism.
Although Biden is an obvious bumbling stooge, Trump is the more likely President to set up TMOTB and sadly many SDA’s will probably vote him in.
