This is a Sabbath sermon about how, despite the fact that the early church was living under a cloud of death, they did not go into lockdown. As they remember Jesus’ teachings, they engage their culture with the truth: “And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.” Matthew 10:28.
