Justice was vindicated after just over two months, but it was vindicated nonetheless. The White House has rescinded its highly contentious mandatory vaccine mandate. According to new reports, the Joe Biden administration is withdrawing its vaccine mandate following the Supreme Court’s decision earlier this month to block the requirement.
On January 25, 2022, the United States Department of Labor, which oversees the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the agency responsible for enforcing the Joe Biden vaccine mandate, issued the following statement:
“The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration is withdrawing the vaccination and testing emergency temporary standard issued on Nov. 5, 2021, to protect unvaccinated employees of large employers with 100 or more employees from workplace exposure to coronavirus. The withdrawal is effective January 26, 2022.” [1]
What a load of nonsense. The mandated vaccinations were not intended to “protect” the “unvaccinated.” It was intended to punish them by pressuring employers to fire them or face government fines and penalties. Long before the Supreme Court struck down this oppressive mandate, many non-vaccinated people’s careers had already been destroyed. Plus, Joe Biden didn’t just withdraw his mandate on his own accord; the courts told him that his actions were illegal and unconstitutional.
By rescinding the vaccine mandate, Joe Biden is admitting that it was wrong and unconstitutional to begin with. To state it more plainly, the mandates were illegal. The damage inflicted by imposing this illegal vaccine mandate and then withdrawing it is incalculable. Worry, stress, loss of income, home foreclosures, loss of savings, job losses, and bankruptcies are just a few of the negative consequences of Joe Biden’s mandate. Some people lost everything. How will they be compensated now? They should be given their jobs back with back pay.
This is a huge win for freedom-loving Americans. This is a victory for liberty and a loss for Marxist socialism and tyranny. The US Constitution worked in this case. The Supreme Court ruled that the President doesn’t have this kind of broad authority. We are not living under a dictatorship. Shame on all the churches that supported this embarrassing and pathetic attempt to circumvent the US Constitution.
The Biden administration is ending its legal battle over the mandate — at least for now. According to the US Labor Department, OSHA will dismiss all cases related to the mandate. The Biden administration had faced dozens of lawsuits from Republican-led states, private businesses, religious groups, and national trade associations. Thankfully, the Supreme Court stepped in, applied the Constitution and put a stop to the authoritarian mandates. That’s how the checks and balances are supposed to work. That is how the Founding Fathers intended the United States to function. Without a balance of power, we would all be at the mercy of the CDC, OSHA, and the health dictatorship.

When are we going to hold our own leadership accountable for their support of this mandate, and more specifically their lack of support for freedom of conscience?
I suggested in another forum to propose to the general conference creating a new committee. One tasked with simply reviewing and replacing constituents who’ve overreached their position, especially in cases directly against the fundamentals or SDA handbook. Send them back home and nominate others for us to vote on. The committee could be ley members only so as to avoid conflict of interest both financially and friendly. Adcom, parl, adra, SDA legal team- all those in league with Rome or taking handouts from this corrupt government all need to have their houses cleaned out or disbanded.
A spiritual internal audit is very much needed to clean out the garbage. What need is there to come out of Babylon if we’re just a suburb? There needs to be a washing in the river to cleanse ourselves.
