On Friday, August 6, 2021, Loma Linda University Health celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony of its new 16-story, state-of-the-art medical center and the expansion of the 9-story Children’s Hospital tower. [1] These new facilities will allow Loma Linda to expand its services and assist more patients in Southern California’s Inland Empire area.
The new Loma Linda hospital campus was made possible in part by contributions from Seventh-day Adventist philanthropists Dennis and Carol Troesh, who donated $100,000,000 and the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians for their contribution of $25,000,000. But by far the largest sponsor of the new hospitals is the state of California for its generous donation of $165,000,000. [1]
Loma Linda University Health, with its 8 educational institutions and 6 hospitals, is a church entity that is owned and operated by the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists [2] [3] [4] and not the North American Division. In other words, it’s the General Conference who runs Loma Linda University Health.
$165,000,000 is 165,000,000 reasons for the church to strictly adhere to all government health and vaccination mandates. The question that needs to be asked is this: “Are these very profitable church-government relationships influencing our decisions when it comes to making church policy for Covid-19 vaccines and government mandates?”
When government tax dollars become the largest source of revenue for our mission projects, are those funds free and clear, or are there strings attached? Well, have we forgotten what happened once our church schools started receiving money from the government? When our church schools began receiving federal tax dollars, certain conditions were set on how those funds could be used. They had to be used only for “secular” purposes. And what was the result? This has led to the complete secularization of our educational institutions.
So let’s not imagine that $165,000,000 doesn’t affect how we respond in a crisis. How does the church protest the actions of a government that is filling our offering boxes with contributions? How can you, with a clear conscience, bite the hand that feeds you? How do you protest against the unconstitutional overreach of the Joe Biden Administration, and the state of California that supports his sweeping vaccine mandates, while receiving money from the very people who trample on personal rights and individual liberties?
Right now, the President of the United States is taking retaliatory and punitive measures against certain unvaccinated citizens. [5] The Joe Biden administration wants to control our lives, our livelihoods and our healthcare decisions with unconstitutional and authoritarian mandates. And where are the voices of all the great leaders of Adventism? Most have fallen silent. They are silent on these new federal vaccination mandates and on the moral issues of the day: abortion, the LGBT+ agenda, feminism, transgenderism, environmentalism, ecumenism and Romanism.
What happened? Why the deafening silence? Perhaps this is what happens when the government begins to line the pockets of our watchmen who are supposed to be on the walls blowing the trumpet. Maybe it’s the money that has a strange way of tying our tongues and keeping us quiet. Maybe that was the plan from the beginning.
What happened to the separation of church and state? The only way that God’s faithful Remnant can finish their work is by being free and independent of these entanglements between church and state. We can thank the federal government for eroding our US Constitution, and the churches for their voluntary participation in seeking handouts.
“Consider, my brethren and sisters, that the Lord has a people, a chosen people, His church, to be His own, His own fortress, which He holds in a sin-stricken, revolted world; and He intended that no authority should be known in it, no laws be acknowledged by it, but His own” (Testimonies to Ministers and Gospel Workers, p. 16).

Waiting for someone from the General Conference to come out and admit that the General Conference has shares in Bill Gates and Fauci’s Vaccines/Pharmaceuticals…
As they did when they admitted to having shares in Guns n Ammunitions, because they put their shares in a sure fire no loss share portfolios….
Hospitals are money making businesses especially in America,
The advice from the SOP was to have small health centres/sanitariums to first treat people’s minds and the body would follow,
The opposite has been done, small hospitals that double in size every few years that push drugs that only treat symptoms done in conjunction with the world’s policy’s and standards not God’s.

you can not operate a hospital with a very little space and lack of facilities. we are in the last days and our church is an avenue to used as a channel to know introduce the proclamation of the gospel, we may have different perspective, i think God is in control in our leaders though they are sinners like us.

I have not put one cent of tithe money in this corrupt organization for a number of years. They have no king but Caesar. Some have told me that as long as they put their tithe in the “storehouse”, they are free of responsibility of how it is used. I disagree, as the parable of the talents teaches, we are all responsible for how we use our resources. They speak the language of mammon, and as long as the members support them, they will continue doing this sort of thing.

Remember movement would go into the cities and do a great work period see first selected messages it’s starting on page 201. This is definitely a great work in the city, but it doesn’t go along with our health message at all or any of the other message is given to the original Seventh-day Adventist Church. The current corporate Seventh-day Adventist Church is not the true Seventh-day Adventist. True Seventh-day Adventist don’t believe in the trinity. Corporate Seventh-day Adventist worship a different God than the Bible. That’s the problem.

Thanks for the recommendations shared using your blog. One more thing I would like to say is that weight reduction is not all about going on a celebrity diet and trying to reduce as much weight as possible in a couple of days. The most effective way in losing weight is by taking it slowly and gradually and right after some basic suggestions which can provide help to make the most from your attempt to shed pounds. You may recognize and be following many of these tips, although reinforcing know-how never does any damage.
