Climate Sunday is an initiative led by Churches Together in Britain and Ireland. They call on churches to get involved in the fight against climate change. The Climate Sunday initiative combines worship and faith with climate activism. They are asking churches to hold Climate Sunday events with their congregations. This effort coincides with the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26), as churches seek to petition governments to take action to save the planet. On November 1, 2021, the Independent Catholic News reported the following:
“The Climate Sunday initiative motivated hundreds more churches to sign up to one of four pre-existing church greening schemes, taking the total number of participating churches past the 5,000 mark in the week before COP26 … Climate Sunday has really inspired churches of all denominations across Northern Ireland to get involved in the movement to tackle climate change. Many congregations in the province are working and praying for a successful outcome to the COP26 talks and calling on the government to take real and meaningful actions for our planet.” [1]
More than 5,000 churches held Climate Sunday events on the eve of the United Nations Climate Change Conference. They are praying for a “successful outcome” to COP26. Who were these churches that supported these efforts? The Independent Catholic News reveals the following list of churches and organizations that back the Climate Sunday initiative:

If you look at the list, you will see that Protestant churches are currently working alongside Roman Catholics to promote the Climate Sunday events. Years ago we were warned in the Spirit of Prophecy that this would happen:
“The Protestants of the United States will be foremost in stretching their hands across the gulf to grasp the hand of Spiritualism; they will reach over the abyss to clasp hands with the Roman power; and under the influence of this threefold union, this country will follow in the steps of Rome in trampling on the rights of conscience” (Great Controversy, p. 588).
This prediction means that Rome’s Sunday movement will have the full support of the Protestant churches. And since Pope Francis has been calling on churches to join him in promoting Laudato Si’, we can see Protestantism in the UK coming to the aid of Rome. It is clear that the world is ready to unite these forces to advance the counterfeit Sabbath to the forefront. And if and when governments begin to pass climate change policies that favor Sunday rest legislation, we will have no one else to thank other than apostate Protestants who have committed themselves to a downward path with Rome.
We can certainly expect Catholic doctrine to spread in rapid succession on the world stage during COP26, and we know what the next step is. Sunday laws will soon be enforced and Jacob’s Time of Trouble will begin. In truth, things are closing fast. We must be very active and earnest in making the truth known to as many people as possible before the storm breaks upon us. What is equally concerning is the fact that God’s people are not prepared for what lies ahead. Let’s not waste anymore time and make our calling and election sure (2 Peter 1:10).
“We as a people have not accomplished the work which God has committed to us. We are not ready for the issue to which the enforcement of the Sunday law will bring us. It is our duty, as we see the signs of approaching peril, to arouse to action. Let none sit in calm expectation of the evil, comforting themselves with the belief that this work must go on because prophecy has foretold it, and that the Lord will shelter His people. We are not doing the will of God if we sit in quietude, doing nothing to preserve liberty of conscience. Fervent, effectual prayer should be ascending to heaven that this calamity may be deferred until we can accomplish the work which has so long been neglected. Let there be most earnest prayer, and then let us work in harmony with our prayers” (Testimonies, Vol. 5, p. 713).

These new names for the National Sunday Law is like bubble gum balls popping
out of a bubble gum machine. We have Environment Sabbath, Green Sunday, and
now Climate Sunday. Which one will stick on the wall? Again, you can change the name
but the intent remains the same. We know it to be The Mark of the Beast, the mark of Vatican’s
authority. However, as Adventists, the biggest deception may come by the GCSDA. Remember,
there is nothing new under the sun, what has happen in the past may now be taking place. And what has happen?
Almost every past Camp of God had apostatize. Remember what the scribes and Pharisees said in 31AD: “We have no king but Caesar.”

Oh LORD have mercy.

Let’s make it clear the difference between between Sabbath rest as propergated by cop 26 and the Adventist Sabbath rest(Saturday rest),remember that so many people are not making the difference here and that’s way this issues is coming up with a lot of support
