On May 22, 2023, the eighth anniversary of the encyclical Laudato Si’, Pope Francis renewed his call for everyone to dedicate this week, Laudato Si’ Week, to the environment. The call is mobilizing everyone together, not just Catholics, to address environmental challenges in accordance with the Pope’s policies outlined in his climate document. This means that Laudato Si’ Week will be a global celebration to bring people together and inspire them to have an ecological conversion.
Yesterday, #LaudatoSiWeek began. I invite everyone to collaborate in the care of our common home. There is such a need to put our capabilities and creativity together! https://t.co/Y3pqHMh90N

The conversion Pope Francis is referring to is not the biblical one, in which a person turns to God through faith and seeks spiritual transformation through the Holy Spirit after sincerely repenting of their sin. No. The conversion that is celebrated during Laudato Si’ Week is an ecological conversion, which refers to a change in attitude towards the environment. It is a transformation in which an individual embraces sustainability and interconnectedness with nature while seeking to live in harmony with all living beings.

Thus, the conversion that comes from repentance and faith in God and which leads to the salvation provided by Jesus Christ is changed to a new awareness that leads us to energy conservation, the use of renewable resources, protecting biodiversity, reducing waste, and caring for the environment. None of God’s commandments direct the church to partake in any of these activities. What a totally different commission from the one Christ delivered to us: “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.” Mark 16:15–16.
Laudato Si’ not only emphasizes the interconnectedness of ecological and social issues and calls for a collective response to climate change, but Pope Francis also makes specific reference to Sunday as a significant day for rest (Laudato Si’ #237). In Laudato Si’, Pope Francis calls us to celebrate and reflect on Sunday. He claims that by observing Sunday as the weekly day of rest and taking a break from consumerism and the hectic pace of modern life, we can help people rediscover their connection to nature and feel renewed. Pope Francis teaches that Sunday is part of the “law of weekly rest” so that we may be “refreshed.”
It is Laudato Si' Week, a reminder to Catholics to reflect and act on Pope Francis' encyclical Laudato Si', which urges us to care for our common home – the earth.

There is no ecological conversion taught in God’s word. There is no such thing as repenting of ecological sins, and Sunday is certainly not an ecological day of rest for us. Pope Francis has published a climate encyclical that contradicts the doctrines and teachings given to us by Jesus Christ. The theological errors of Laudato Si’ should not be obeyed but refuted.

We cannot embrace teachings that oppose the word of God, especially when the emphasis is to focus so much time and energy on worrying about the environment when real deadly sins are being committed openly in society: violence, mass shootings, pornography, radical gender theories, war, cyber crimes, fraud, drug overdoses, vices, mental health issues, human trafficking, abortion, terrorism, and other grievous crimes. Our world is being fast tracked on the road to hell, and Pope Francis wants us all to become more aware of plants and ecosystems? It is not the mission of the church to turn its members into landscapers or botanists, but to be disciples with the mission of saving souls.
The theory of ecological conversion is an ideology that teaches that if we don’t embrace sustainability and become advocates for the environment, we are committing ecological sin by destroying Mother Earth, and you will face her wrath through the increasing number of natural disasters. That is the message that will be emphasized during Laudato Si’ Week. No, that is neither our mission nor our message. The increase in natural disasters is actually a sign that Jesus is about to come (Luke 21:25).
Our real mission is to preach the everlasting gospel of Jesus Christ (Revelation 14:6) in the context of the Three Angels’ Message. This is our work. This is the good news of salvation. This work involves proclaiming these teachings while encouraging people to embrace a relationship with God through faith in Christ. May God help us to adhere to this faith. And when this true faith is understood, affirmed, and analyzed, you will have no choice but to confront and firmly resist the heresy of the climate conversion hysteria.

Thanks Brother Andy. I think your spot on with this being the deception nature that the Sunday Law will come into being law over nations. This is not the phase of the worship of the SL. This though will cause the Trumpet Judgements of God to start which will force the people to wiorhsip on Sunday against conscience.

You would think the Pope working with the WEF, UN, and the US left delegation of John Kerry would raise cause some alarm bells to go off i nthe SDA church. When you have the PARL GC director working with these very people it makes it very difficult to get on message when the SDA elotes ahave compromised with evil/.
