Why is it that the ecumenical movement is suddenly obsessed with including kids? Do they want to give children the idea that the modern ecumenical movement is mainstream, wholesome, fun and normal? Ecumenism is uniting the churches into one body. The goal is to bridge our religious differences, and children are being targeted and manipulated to accomplish this very purpose.
On Friday, December 16, 2022, at an ecumenical gathering in Chiapas, Mexico, Seventh-day Adventist kids, or at the very least teenagers, were being used to advance Pope Francis’ Universal Fraternity, an ideology based on his encyclical, Fratelli Tutti. The event, known as the Twenty-first Meeting of Voices for Peace and Fraternity, featured an ecumenical concert made up of young Roman Catholics, Seventh-day Adventists, Presbyterians, and Latter-day Saints. The Secretary General of the Government of Chiapas, Mexico, published this information.

The Facebook post says:
“With the aim of achieving harmonious relations and coexistence between people of various religious denominations and improving the relationship between churches and government, the Twenty-First Meeting of Voices for Peace and Fraternity was held, organized by the SGG (General Secretary of Government Chiapas), through the Directorate of Religious Affairs in coordination with the Interreligious Council of Chiapas. Choirs from the Diocesan Seminary of the Archdiocese of Tuxtla Gutiérrez (Roman Catholic), the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the National Presbyterian Church of Mexico and the Seventh-day Adventist Church participated. In addition, state authorities and representatives were present of the denominations.” (Facebook Post)

The ecumenical singing, which includes children from the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Tuxtla, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and the Presbyterian Church of Mexico, is shown in the video above. Politicians and religious leaders of the ecumenical movement, including Seventh-day Adventists, are grooming kids and bringing them into fellowship to sing alongside Roman Catholics in the same choir. What is happening is obvious. The goal of Rome’s ecumenical movement is clear:
“And his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.” Revelation 13:3.
Ecumenism will bring healing and reconciliation between the Vatican and the rest of the religious world. It will guide you down a path that will bring an end to all divisions. The purpose of this gathering was to present ecumenism as a new and exciting lifestyle that children are supposed to love. They are grooming our youth to connect with other churches, reject biblical truth, and reunite us under one head, Rome. When our children are exposed to the errors of the ecumenical movement by participating in these events, it distorts their understanding of the truth. According to Rome’s universal brotherhood, God accepts all forms of religion and longs to bring them all together into a single family.
This is wrong on so many levels. I fear for our children because they are so vulnerable. Kids have no idea about the final events in the closing scenes of earth’s history. The adults are supposed to know, and they are making these decisions. It’s bad enough that adult Seventh-day Adventists are constantly bombarded by the ecumenical movement. Even more sinister is the fact that we expose our children to these same temptations.
The global ecumenical movement is the antithesis of the Three Angels’ Messages. One of them is of God, and the other comes from Rome. Children learn to accept and embrace error when they are exposed to ecumenism. This will result in confusion. It robs their young minds of the truth. This is creating a psychological and emotional bond with the other churches and deliberately desensitizing and disarming them to the dangers of apostate Christianity. As a result, they begin to think incorrectly about what it means to be a member of the Remnant Church.
Our Seventh-day Adventist youth deserve better. Children belong to God, and we must raise them in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Parents need to stand up and protect their children. God wants to use them to finish the work. We were all born at this time in history for a divine mission: to take the everlasting gospel of Revelation 14 to the entire world. That is where our attention needs to be. Success won’t come easy because the opposition is enormous. But we have God on our side. And “if God is for us, who is against us?” (Romans 8:31).

The “growing together”, “one team”, “growing young churches” are all the same and used by every denomination including SDA. This is another trojan horse bringing ecumenical ideologies and false doctrine into the church and especially exploiting our young people. Stay vigilant friends.

You wrote “Parents need to stand up and protect their children. You are right bro Andy. The parents have been brainwashed by the leaders in the SDA church.

After a long and severe conflict, the faithful few decided to dissolve all union with the apostate church if she still refused to free herself from falsehood and idolatry. They saw that separation was an absolute necessity if they would obey the word of God. They dared not tolerate errors fatal to their own souls, and set an example which would imperil the faith of their children and children’s children. To secure peace and unity they were ready to make any concession consistent with fidelity to God; but they felt that even peace would be too dearly purchased at the sacrifice of principle. If unity could be secured only by the compromise of truth and righteousness, then let there be difference, and even war. GC 45.3
Well would it be for the church and the world if the principles that actuated those steadfast souls were revived in the hearts of God’s professed people. There is an alarming indifference in regard to the doctrines which are the pillars of the Christian faith. The opinion is gaining ground, that, after all, these are not of vital importance. This degeneracy is strengthening the hands of the agents of Satan, so that false theories and fatal delusions which the faithful in ages past imperiled their lives to resist and expose, are now regarded with favor by thousands who claim to be followers of Christ. GC 46.1
The early Christians were indeed a peculiar people. Their blameless deportment and unswerving faith were a continual reproof that disturbed the sinner’s peace. Though few in numbers, without wealth, position, or honorary titles, they were a terror to evildoers wherever their character and doctrines were known. Therefore they were hated by the wicked, even as Abel was hated by the ungodly Cain. For the same reason that Cain slew Abel, did those who sought to throw off the restraint of the Holy Spirit, put to death God’s people. It was for the same reason that the Jews rejected and crucified the Saviour—because the purity and holiness of His character was a constant rebuke to their selfishness and corruption. From the days of Christ until now His faithful disciples have excited the hatred and opposition of those who love and follow the ways of sin. Gc 46.2

Exo 23:13 And in all things that I have said unto you be circumspect: and make no mention of the name of other gods, neither let it be heard out of thy mouth
2Ti 4:1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
2Ti 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2Ti 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
Eph 1:2 Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
