The Government of Ireland Sponsored an Event that Depicted the Sabbath-keeping St. Patrick as a Promiscuous Transgender Woman dressed in Women’s Underwear

St. Patrick’s Day is a national holiday in Ireland, observed on March 17th each year. To mark this day, the Irish government established the annual St. Patrick’s Festival, which celebrates Irish arts, culture, and tradition. [1] In fact, the Mayor of Dublin, Ireland, Allison Gilliland, sits on the board of directors of the St. Patrick’s Festival. [2] The St. Patrick’s Festival has become a major tourist attraction and, according to the “official” St. Patrick’s Festival website, the 2022 celebration is set to be “a landmark celebration, the largest in scale and ambition to date, a moment for the nation, and for our tribe of 80 million around the world, to connect and reflect, celebrate and welcome.” [3]

The official website for the St. Patrick’s Festival includes “A Snakey Paradise Cabaret Special” as one of the festival’s activities. [3] This event is described as a “comedy, circus, dance and music with the funniest weirdos and queerdos around.” [4] The advertisement for the comedy show, which is part of the St. Patrick’s Festival, showcases St. Patrick as a transgender woman wearing women’s underwear. In other words, he is a member of the LGBT+ community.

St. Patrick was a seventh-day Sabbath-keeper who worshipped God on the true Lord’s Day, Saturday. [5] He was also a missionary and evangelist who established churches and converted pagans to Christ and eventually became the Apostle of Ireland. And here we see the nation of Ireland making a mockery of the godly man, St. Patrick.

This is also an insult to God, the Bible, and the seventh-day Sabbath. The perpetrators of this wickedness will insult Christianity, but if Christians call the LGBT+ lifestyle a sin, they will feel highly offended or indignant and call us a hate group. But this situation only gets worse. The “Snakey Paradise Cabaret Special” was advertised as follows:

“It’s time to ditch the old Gods and embrace the cultural revolution of color, carnival and chaos. Where frivolous entertainment meets serious culture and we blur the lines, blur the vision and refocus on a more fantastical and art filled future.” [6]

Not only does Ireland want to “ditch” the God of heaven, they want us to do so as well. It’s not enough for the LGBT+ movement that our society now openly celebrates Gay Pride month. It’s not enough that rainbow flags have been flown on some federal and state institutions during certain gay events. It’s not enough to force schools to teach their sexual views to our children. It’s not enough that Hollywood is continually bombarding us with the LGBT+ lifestyle through movies and television. It’s not enough to force bakeries, wedding photographers, and other private businesses to embrace the LGBT+ cause.

They are now attempting to impose their beliefs on the churches. They want Christians to feel humiliated and bullied into accepting their new definitions of homosexual love, gay marriage, gay pastors, LGBT+ affirming churches, and the new rainbow gospel. The LGBT+ movement’s radical social engineering is at work here. They want to force-feed us their confusion and madness. This is only the beginning of sorrows. Prepare to be persecuted in the United States and around the Western world. It has already started in certain situations. All of this emboldens the LGBT+ movement to wage war on God, the Bible, and Christian institutions.

May God have mercy on us all, for they insult our Creator to His face. They have declared war against the moral law of God. Do we truly believe we can have it both ways? Do we truly believe that God will protect us in times of national and international disaster if we reject Him, His word, and His moral principles, and if we exclude Him from our public, everyday lives?

“For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.” Philippians 3:18, 19.

“With unerring accuracy the Infinite One still keeps account with the nations. While His mercy is tendered, with calls to repentance, this account remains open; but when the figures reach a certain amount which God has fixed, the ministry of His wrath begins. The account is closed. Divine patience ceases. Mercy no longer pleads in their behalf” (Prophets and Kings, p. 364).
