New Yorkers will need to show a Covid-19 passport to prove vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test result to enter certain businesses. The new “Excelsior Pass” developed in part by IBM will help accelerate the reopening of “theaters, stadiums and other businesses at a more accelerated pace.” [1] This will be similar to mobile airline boarding passes. A QR code will need to be scanned in order to confirm your “health status.” Governor Cuomo explained:
“As we begin reopening the valves on different sectors of our economy, we are putting guidelines in place to ensure individuals attending events involving larger gatherings have tested negative for COVID or have been vaccinated to avoid an outbreak of the virus,” the governor added. “The Excelsior Pass will play a critical role in getting information to venues and sites in a secure and streamlined way, allowing us to fast-track the reopening of these businesses and getting us one step closer to reaching a new normal.” [1]
We all knew this was coming. If you cannot PROVE vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test result, you will not be able to participate in society. This method of enforcing Covid-19 vaccination compliance is very similar to what communist countries did when the police would detain people on the streets demanding to see their “documents” proving their identities. Failure to show proper documentation would lead to arrest or worse. Welcome to the authoritarian democratic state of New York.
Comrade Cuomo is following in the footsteps of his Communist counterpart in China, Xi Jinping. Last year, Communist China mandated the use of “QR-based health certificates” on its population. People have to carry their “QR-based health certificates” in their smartphones wherever they go. At anytime the police may request to see your certificate, and once scanned, a three-color coded reading will appear: red, yellow or green. God forbid you get a red-colored reading.[2]
These new health certificates are not only used to confirm your health status, but they are also being used to monitor the movements of citizens and potential exposure to Covid-19. [2] Soon, if you want to go anywhere in New York, you will need to have your QR code. That code will be linked to government databases and all your personal data will be tracked, monitored and stored. This sounds very creepy.
Under the globalist utopian society, technology will be used to dictate quarantines, lockdowns, travel, access to certain businesses and now buying and selling. Why else do we need access to certain businesses if not to buy a service or product? All the necessary infrastructure is being put in place to enforce the mark of the beast. While the kings of the earth and the merchants of the earth prepare the technological systems to enforce the mark of the beast, the beast and its image are busy pushing the policies for the mark of the beast.
If this is not a sign of how close we are to the final events, then there will never be any signs. We are told that when we see these things happen, we must be committed to taking the final message to the world:
“The world is against us, the popular churches are against us, the laws of the land will soon be against us. If there was ever a time when the people of God should press together, it is now. God has committed to us the special truths for this time to make known to the world. The last message of mercy is now going forth. We are dealing with men and women who are judgment bound” (Testimonies, Vol. 5, p. 236).
