Dr. Chanequa Walker-Barnes is a clinical psychologist, professor of theology at Mercer University and an “ordained” ecumenical pastor. [1] [2] She is also the author of a new book called “A Rhythm of Prayer: A Collection of Meditations for Renewal,” which asks God to help her readers hate White people. [3] It is difficult to imagine that a prayer book published in 2021 could promote hatred and open prejudice against another race. This is the product of the so-called critical race theory that is invading all of our institutions. The prayer says in part:
“Dear God, please help me to hate White people. Or at least to want to hate them. At least, I want to stop caring about them, individually and collectively. I want to stop caring about their misguided, racist souls, to stop believing that they can be better, that they can stop being racist.” [3]
This is pure racism. This book is telling its readers to hate people simply because of the color of their skin and because of their race. This demonizes White people, it is destructive and unbiblical. The “woke” culture is completely radicalizing Christianity, the last defense against the distorted thinking of the secular left.
These are the new values that many militant teachers are imposing on their students. Often our children graduate school barely able to read and write, but they know all about the leftist agenda. This racial propaganda is now openly making its way into Christian churches. Woke Christians will soon be targeting everything sacred to the faith.
It is a mockery that a clinical psychologist turned ordained minister who professes Christianity can even express these words and not be banned from social media and canceled by our culture. False Christians are now teaching “believers” how to pray so that God can help them hate people. And to make matters worse, this racist prayer book is available at Amazon, Google Play Books, Apple iTunes, Barnes & Noble, Wal-Mart and Target.
This just goes to show that not all Christians are the target of the cancel culture; it’s just the conservatives. If you are pro-LGBT+, pro-feminist, pro-abortion or a proponent of the pro-critical race theory, the world will love you. We can forget about all the external threats to the faith when we have so many misguided Christians within the church who seem to be doing a great job of destroying God’s truth. Racism in all its manifestations must be rejected. Unfortunately, the church in the United States is declining more and more each day. This is the time for Christians to cry out to God for forgiveness:
“We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments: Neither have we hearkened unto thy servants the prophets, which spake in thy name to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land.” Daniel 9:5, 6.

I do agree with all of the ideas you’ve presented in your post. They’re very convincing and will certainly work. Still, the posts are very short for newbies. Could you please extend them a bit from next time? Thanks for the post.
