There can no longer be any doubt about Pope Francis’ intentions. The Pope is promoting global governance under the pretext of addressing climate change. He is urging people to reject nationalism and the notion that each country has the right to self-govern and to defend its borders, histories, cultures, identities, and constitutions. Pope Francis has just urged the world to establish a centralized worldwide authority “without delay” that will have the capacity to enact “common visions” and make “concrete changes.”
According to the Holy Press Office, Pope Francis said the following on Sunday, December 3, 2023, in the Chapel of Saint Martha in Vatican City:
• “I follow the work of COP 28 in Dubai with great attention. I am close. I reiterate my appeal for a response to climate change with concrete political changes; let us come out of the straits of particularism and nationalism, mindsets of the past, and embrace a common vision, all making every effort now, without delay, for a necessary global conversion.” [1]
Pope Francis is indeed pushing for increased global cooperation and governance, especially when it comes to dealing with problems like climate change. Through his delegates, he has expressed the importance of leaders uniting at COP28 to tackle global issues. Although he emphasizes the value of international cooperation, his real objective is to see the creation of a single global political system with the authority to enact the necessary concrete changes. Who will lead such a political organization, and why? Rome feels that it is her responsibility to lead and shape the future, both politically and spiritually.
While the concept of global governance aims to address shared challenges and promote international cooperation, it also raises major concerns and potential dangers about the loss of individual freedoms. As international bodies and agreements exert influence over the world, there is a risk of diminishing the sovereignty of individual nations and the freedom of their people to choose their own paths. For example, a global government can declare a state of emergency for climate change, granting itself extraordinary powers that could drastically alter our daily lives and result in the suppression of those who dissent. One-world powers of this kind have the ability to discriminate, deny people their rights, and restrict information, media, or communication.
A call is being made to bring church and state into a close, intimate relationship. Pope Francis is attempting to unite political and religious powers into one common vision and mission. According to Pope Francis, this is how the world’s problems will be solved. In reality, this will only precipitate the greatest crisis this world has ever known (Revelation 13:15). We are seeing a religious power dictating public policies to the nations. Pope Francis is calling upon the world to adopt his views on climate, economics, and political development. This is the perfect fulfillment of what the Bible says will take place in the last days. Revelation 17 identifies a woman sitting upon a seven-headed beast, and we understand this to be an impure church (woman) having control over the policies of civil government (beast). It has always been characteristic of self-serving, apostate religions to try to unite church and state so that they can shape public policy and control the people at large.
“And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. In the near future we shall see these words fulfilled as the Protestant churches unite with the world and with the papal power against commandment keepers. The same spirit which actuated papists in ages past will lead Protestants to pursue a similar course toward those who will maintain their loyalty to God. Church and state are now making preparations for the future conflict. Protestants are working in disguise to bring Sunday to the front, as did the Romanists. Throughout the land the papacy is piling up her lofty and massive structures, in the secret recesses of which her former persecutions are to be repeated. And the way is preparing for the manifestation, on a grand scale, of those lying wonders by which, if it were possible, Satan would deceive even the elect” (Testimonies, Vol. 5, p. 449).

A united world allied with the beast is unachievable as long as nationalism is practiced by all. The nations must surrender their sovereignty.
The global world government is coming under the United Nations framework of climate change . The UNFCC which was started in the year 1992 , Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This was the first summit that brought together world leaders to discuss global warming ,later the leaders passsed Kyoto protocal under UNFCC Stated that the state parties to kyoto protocol must reduce green house gas emmissions based on scientific consesus that global warming is occuring and that human made CO2 emmissions are driving it. Then Since 1995, we have had COP meetings held every year to discuss the global climate change and its effects Many world leaders especially the heads of state and governments attend those meetings with large delegations and come out empty handed with merely empty promises. But in the reality , the Man of sin is behind the climate change agenda push to control the world and bring it under one world communist government where the Pope will become its head. The COP 28 summit in this year in Dubai 2023, has come out with introducing new carbon tax which we shall see use of fossil fuel being phased out. This will be the beginning of alternative source of alternative friendly wind and gas. The spirit of prophecy testimonies for the church volume 7 page 182, the messenger of the Lord had predicted that the whole world will come under the control of papael power and this is what we are witnessing before our eyes. Very soon our world shall witness global tyranny exercised by Rome and she will be fierce as a tiger. When Rome is in minority is cute and harmless as a lamb but when she is in majority she is fierce as a tiger.
