“And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.” Revelation 13:2.
This leopard cannot/will not change its spots. Don’t ever expect it to be different, and then you won’t be disappointed. Vatican history is going to be repeated, only this time, it will be God’s faithful, 21st century Christians who will be the focus of Vatican crimes against humanity.
The stage is being set. COVID vaccination is the softening up process by which Sunday Law mandates will be implemented, and the world will not perceive it until it is done. God’s faithful remnant people need to wake up now. Pope Francis will use his position to achieve every Vatican plan and purpose, regardless of the impact on humanity. He will seize every vehicle of opportunity to achieve what the world once thought impossible.
But remember, the Vatican’s obituary has already been written in the pages of Holy Writ. Now is the time for God’s people to make the difficult decisions. Following Jesus Christ will never be popular or easy in a world that chooses not to know Him. But to do so provides long-term benefits that have no end in sight.
Signs on the Earth
“Jesus declares: ‘There shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations” (Luke 21:25; Matthew 24:29; Mark 13:24-26; Revelation 6:12-17). Those, who behold these harbingers [forerunners, heralds, omens, indications] of His coming, are to ‘know that it is near, even at the doors’ (Matthew 24:33)” (The Great Controversy, p. 38).
“The nations are in unrest. Times of perplexity, are upon us. Men’s hearts, are, failing them for fear, of the things that are coming, upon the earth. But, those who believe in God, will hear His voice, amid the storm, saying, ‘It is I; be not afraid’.” (The Signs of the Times, October 9, 1901).
“Strange, and eventful history, is being recorded in the books of heaven – events, which it was declared, should shortly precede, the great day of God. Everything in the world, is in an unsettled state” (Manuscript Releases, Vol. 3, p. 313).
God’s Purpose in Calamities
“What mean the awful calamities by sea – vessels hurled into eternity without a moment’s warning? What mean the accidents by land – fire consuming the riches that men have hoarded, much of which has been accumulated, by oppression of the poor? The Lord will not interfere, to protect the property of those who transgress His law, break His covenant, and trample upon His Sabbath, accepting in its place, a spurious rest day” (Last Day Events, p. 27).
“The plagues of God, are already falling upon the earth, sweeping away, the most costly structures, as if by a breath of fire from heaven. Will not these judgments, bring professing Christians, to their senses? God permits them to come, that the world may take heed, that sinners may be afraid, and tremble, before Him” (Manuscript Releases, Vol. 3, p. 311).
“God has a purpose, in permitting, these calamities to occur. They are, one of His means, of calling men, and women, to their senses. By unusual workings through nature, God, will express to doubting human agencies, that which He clearly reveals, in His Word” (Manuscript Releases, Vol. 19, p. 279).
“How frequently, we hear, of earthquakes, and tornadoes, of destruction, by fire, and flood, with great loss of life, and property! Apparently, these calamities, are capricious [unpredictable, changeable, variable, impulsive, whimsical] outbreaks, of disorganized, unregulated, forces of nature, wholly beyond the control of man, but in them all, God’s purpose may be read. They are, among the agencies, by which He seeks, to arouse men, and women, to a sense of their danger” (Prophets and Kings, p. 277).
Is it even possible for Seventh-day Adventists to be unaware of world conditions, or the fact that such conditions are heralds alerting all of humanity that the great day of God is at hand? God’s message to us, through His servant Ellen White, in the above paragraphs, could not be clearer. Believing enough to want to change is a choice. Salvation is a gift from God through Jesus Christ, but salvation is also a choice. You can’t have the gift unless you choose to accept it, embrace it, and be changed by it.
The night is long gone, and the day is at hand, when all of humanity will be required to swear allegiance to Almighty God, or the devil. There will be no fence sitting, none of this having a foot in both camps. It will be a very clear and unambiguous choice, but a choice that every living human being will be forced to make. Salvation begins today. Never before in human history has Joshua’s call to Israel been so relevant to God’s spiritual Israel of 2022, “Choose you this day whom you will serve, as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord” (Joshua 24:15).
Brothers and sisters, our God is able to save to the uttermost those who come to Him asking for forgiveness. Trust Him, and moment by moment, choose to walk with Him, all the way home to His kingdom. In closing, today, I hold up before you again Joshua’s call to God’s people. This is life and death stuff. Today, I urge you to choose life, and to have it more abundantly in Christ Jesus.

Does God bring death /destruction/ calamities???
God certainly does not bring death/destruction/calamaties these are the work of an antagonistic power. The father of lies and the murderer from the inception of sin
Another sign that the end of this world is near is given in 22LtMs, Ms 188, 1907, par. 26. And it reads as follows:
“They come to me, those that are copying my writings, and say, “Now here is the better revised words, and I think I will put that in.” Don’t you change one word, not a word. The revised edition we do not need at all. We have got the word that Christ has spoken Himself and given us. And don’t you in my writings change a word for any revised edition. There will be revised editions, plenty of them, just before the close of this earth’s history, and I want all my workers to understand, and I have got quite a number of them. I want them to understand that they are never to take the revised word, and put it in the place of the plain, simple words just as they are. They think they are improving them, but how do they know but that they may switch off on an idea, and give it less importance than Christ means them to have.”
This quote points out that her books would be revised and when it is done, know that the end of this world’s history is near…
How many of E.G. White’s books have been revised and given gender neutral wording? How many compilations have been published under her name in which a quote from one place is placed along side another quote taken from an entirely different book or letter or publication and by uniting these statements give a completely false meaning to them both. Taking quotes from one context and placing it in another context is deceiving.
