On October 4, 2021, Pope Francis participated in an interfaith meeting with faith leaders called “Faith and Science: Towards COP26.” Pope Francis and 40 religious leaders signed a joint appeal and called on the governments of the world to commit to an “urgent and radical” plan to save the planet from “an unprecedented ecological crisis.” The Pope hosted the one-day conference at the Vatican that began with his personal address to the participants and ended with the signing and delivery of the joint appeal to the president of the COP26 Conference, Alok Sharma. The signed joint appeal will be read at the next United Nations Climate Conference (COP26). [1]
The meeting brought together leaders representing Roman Catholicism, Protestantism, Orthodox, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Sikhism, Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism, Zoroastrianism and Jainism. [1] Mother Earth was also present at this interfaith signing ceremony. Several trees representing nature were brought to the conference to highlight the theme of the event, our connection and interdependence with the natural world. Pope Francis welcomed the interfaith group with a pantheistic and ecumenical message. He quoted from his encyclical, Laudato Si.’ The Pope said:
“Everything is connected; in our world, everything is profoundly interrelated. Science, but also our religious beliefs and spiritual traditions, have stressed this connectedness between ourselves and the rest of creation. We recognize the signs of divine harmony present in the natural world, for no creatures are self-sufficient; they exist only in dependence on each other, complementing one another and in the service of one another” (Laudato Si’ # 86). [2]
Then the Pope told the leaders of the various world religions that we are all one and that nothing should prevent this unity:
“Today’s meeting, which brings together many cultures and spiritualities in a spirit of fraternity, can only strengthen our realization that we are members of one human family. Each of us has his or her religious beliefs and spiritual traditions, but no cultural, political or social borders or barriers prevent us from standing together. To illuminate and direct this openness, let us commit ourselves to a future shaped by interdependence and co-responsibility.” [2]
The Pope then went on to say that this interdependence between the different faiths is a symbol of the relationship we should have with the creation:
“That care is also a call to respect: respect for creation, respect for our neighbor, respect for ourselves and for the Creator, but also mutual respect between faith and science, in order to enter into a mutual “dialogue for the sake of protecting nature, defending the poor, and building networks of respect and fraternity” (Laudato Si’ #201). [2]
Following the Pope’s speech, the different religious leaders signed the joint appeal. The joint appeal is a document that will be read to world leaders when they meet next month during COP26. The joint appeal contains pantheistic and Marxist elements that have nothing to do with faith, theology, God or the Bible. It is more like Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto in that it addresses the life-giving force of nature, the economy, banking systems, employment for all, land, property, vehicles, production, consumption, goods and services. [3] The joint appeal signed by Pope Francis and these so-called religious leaders reads in part:
- “Nature is a gift, but also a life-giving force without which we cannot exist.”
- “We are deeply interdependent with each other and with the natural world. This connection is the basis for interpersonal and intergenerational solidarity.”
- “Scientists have warned us that there might be only one decade left to restore the planet.”
- “We also need to change the narrative of development and to adopt a new kind of economics.”
- “Now is the time for urgent, radical and responsible action.”
- “We appeal to governments to raise their ambitions and their international cooperation to: favor a transition to clean energy; adopt sustainable land use practices including preventing deforestation, restoring forests and conserving biodiversity; transform food systems to become environmentally-friendly and respectful of local cultures; end hunger; and to promote sustainable lifestyles and patterns of consumption and production.”
- “Priority must be given to the creation of decent employment for all.”
- “We call upon financial institutions, banks and investors to adopt responsible financing for investments that have positive impacts on people and the planet.”
- “Encouraging our educational and cultural institutions to give priority in their programs to relevant scientific insights, to strengthen integral ecological education, and to help students and their families relate to nature and to others with new eyes.”
- “Working to make bold plans to achieve full sustainability in our buildings, land, vehicles and other properties, joining the global race to save our planet
- “Evaluating all the goods we purchase and the services we hire with the same ethical lens.”
- “We will raise awareness in our faith communities about the need to examine our banking, insurance and investment choices, to correct them in line with both the values we proclaim here.” [3]
Pope Francis and the world’s top religious leaders are pushing a radical, socialist, leftist, and globalist agenda. The Pope is pandering to revolutionaries by defending a Marxist agenda that denounces the free market systems of capitalism, borders and nationalism and establishes a political, religious and globalist society. All of this is being done in the name of saving the planet and ending inequality. These are the same tactics that communist countries use to tighten control over their populations. Today, we are witnessing an unprecedented loss of freedom in many so-called free nations.
We have already seen what militant globalists have done to our civil and religious liberties under the Covid-19 pandemic. The few remaining freedoms will eventually disappear with the new radical environmental mandates and policies that are looming. We have learned from the Covid-19 pandemic that profound disruptive changes can occur in a very short period of time, and if Pope Francis and the other climate activists have their way, we will not only have to deal with wars, pandemics, political struggles and oppressive Covid-19 mandates, but soon the climate change agenda will lead us to the greatest crisis our world has ever known – the implementation of the mark of the beast under a national Sunday law.“A storm is coming, relentless in its fury. Are we prepared to meet it? We need not say: The perils of the last days are soon to come upon us. Already they have come” (Testimonies, Vol. 8, p. 315).
The only good news is that God is still in control, and He will step in and protect His faithful people who have not capitulated to the world. The faithful will be empowered under the Latter Rain to finish God’s work during the closing scenes of earth’s history. No Seventh-day Adventist who has been watching and praying can deny that we are living in the time of trouble described in the following declaration:
“At that time, while the work of salvation is closing, trouble will be coming on the earth, and the nations will be angry, yet held in check so as not to prevent the work of the third angel. At that time the ‘latter rain,’ or refreshing from the presence of the Lord, will come, to give power to the loud voice of the third angel, and prepare the saints to stand in the period when the seven last plagues shall be poured out” (Early Writings, pp. 85, 86).

No, the Adventists are associated with the related youth movement, whose rep was there. But SdA’s are definitely in bed with the whore, pardon the expression. Our dalliance with the world and the ecumenical agenda goes back for decades and our people have been asleep on this issue. See my book “Of the Times and Seasons and the Delay of the Return of Christ” (it is on Amazon). You will understand this story more fully when you dig into past events involving SdA’s and the papacy. This is real and it is serious. We are told that Adventists would come to view matters in NEARLY the same light as the world and when the great test comes will be prepared to follow into perdition. There is no reason to be involved with conference Adventism anymore, but seek to wake up the sleeping virgins. The denomination will not have anything to do with giving the loud cry. It will be only those who have been watching and praying and when the second midnight cry comes, it will serve also to awake the sleeping virgins, who will have to pick up in haste and get out into the street to join the throng that are with the Bridegroom, in giving the call. It does not come from inside the building, where the ten virgins are.

Well sorry to be a bearer of bad news or a prophet of doom, The glorious second coming of Christ will put all human plans, governments and global green environmental issues out of place, even if the world is restored to the earth to its perfect ideal, the return of Christ will cause all heaven to be the greatest trouble to all human operations on earth, the first and the last, with no human record or news to report this event that shall lighten and trouble the whole world except the faithful and sealed who will be preserved and will not die during the falling of the 7 last plagues.
It was also mentioned that the latter rain will gloriously aid to complete the gospel around the world, yet have we considered this quote among many similar quotes…
The third angel’s message is swelling into a loud cry, and you must not feel at liberty to neglect the present duty, and still entertain the idea that at some future time you will be the recipients of great blessing, when without any effort on your part a wonderful revival will take place. Today you are to give yourselves to God, that he may make of you vessels unto honor, and meet for his service. Today you are to give yourself to God, that you may be emptied of self, emptied of envy, jealousy, evil-surmising, strife, everything that shall be dishonoring to God. Today you are to have your vessel purified that it may be ready for the heavenly dew, ready for the showers of the latter rain; for the latter rain will come, and the blessing of God will fill every soul that is purified from every defilement. It is our work today to yield our souls to Christ, that we may be fitted for the time of refreshing from the presence of the Lord—fitted for the baptism of the Holy Spirit (THE ELLEN G. WHITE 1888 MATERIALS, PAGE 959)
No good looking forward to the latter rain, if the early rain does not have its desired effect upon us as a church, unfortunately we are not ready for both as the current climate as got us dependant on machinery the internet with its communication tools, The Spirit of God will not be sent upon machines, but people for whom our Saviour lived, died rose again and is by the RHS of His Father in The Heaven of heavens.
To conclude, it is my personal conviction in line with the saying by Sister E G White, that there is nothing that will help the spiritual life as the life of Christ, therefore your brother says to one and all who will (choose to) read this…
The time is come and now is that we should all (1) study the life of Christ (2)n watch His every move (3) note his every word (4) to see the positive effect he had on others (while not overlooking all those who were offended by His public ministry)(5) desiring the same (6) that we all may be brought and enter into a relationship with Him, second to none (7) that we live as close to Christ as The Father in heaven knows it is humanly possible, Amen.
What many SDAC members forget that of all professing Christians we ought to be second to none in lifting up Christ before the world, yes, all will be drawn to Him under the loud cry, the heavenly blessing of the latter rain, as we can led the horse to the water, but cannot compel the horse to drink, all will hear the gospel of Christ under the power of the later rain, but all will have to make up their mind if they will follow Him personally.
So let us not be too concerned with the sign of the times outside of the church, but more with the sign of the times which only the church of Christ can fulfill, yes as Jesus said…This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world as a witness to all nations and then shall the end come (Matthew 24: 14) The interesting part of this is that we will never know that the gospel of the kingdom is complete all over the world without unfolding divine revelation, Christ commissioned the spread of the gospel and only Christ will know and will reveal to His faithful followers when this work is…Done!
May we be as living instruments in the hands of Christ to be used as and when He is ready to use us according to the divine purpose in our daily lives, may we be found ready and fit for divine human purpose for the betterment and good of all humanity, whenever He chooses to act as never before, Amen & Amen.
