The highest spiritual authority in the Seventh-day Adventist Church for Denmark, the Faroe Islands, and Greenland is the Danish Union of Churches Conference. The Union’s role is to advance the mission of the worldwide church by providing spiritual leadership and guidance to its conferences. That is what they are supposed to be doing. It seems to me that the following words, quoted by Charles Spurgeon, have come true today in many places within our church:
“A time will come when instead of shepherds feeding the sheep, the church will have clowns entertaining the goats.” [1]
Last week, the 2023 Annual Camp Meeting of the Danish Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists came to an end. Camp meetings are religious gatherings that typically take place in the beauty of nature and are meant to provide an opportunity for individuals to experience spiritual revival and renewal. These are supposed to be sacred convocations where God meets with His people to bestow blessings upon them. In fact, we were told from inspiration that our camp meetings would be one of the designated places for the outpouring of the Latter Rain:
“The convocations of the church, as in camp meetings, the assemblies of the home church, and all occasions where there is personal labor for souls, are God’s appointed opportunities for giving the early and the latter rain” (Testimonies to Ministers and Gospel Workers, p. 508).
But how can God bless us and shower us with the Latter Rain when there are wild bands playing at our camp meetings and the singers move their bodies in unnatural ways while yelling, laughing, jumping, and dancing with a mosh pit of cheering fans, just like they do at rock festivals? What we fail to realize is that all of the countless apostate Sunday-keeping churches are engaging in this same type of profane, irreverent, and blasphemous amusement.
Pastor Dejan Stojković, who is the Trans-European Division Youth and Pathfinder Director [2], delivered a sermon while sharing the same stage with the band. However, Pastor Dejan Stojković didn’t say anything or raise his voice against the chaotic concert. The band actually performed both before and after his sermon. By not voicing opposition or taking a stand, this is seen as implicitly supporting and condoning the disturbing performance.
The Danish Union Conference President Thomas Muller (extreme right) and the Union’s Executive Secretary Lasse Bech (extreme left) can both be seen on the same Sabbath standing on the same stage where the worship turned wild. Those in positions of leadership have the responsibility to actively do something and raise their voices whenever there is wrongdoing. That is one of the roles of leadership. They are supposed to lead and be the first ones to speak up and take action when God’s truth and principles are under attack. Unfortunately, as in many other cases, nothing was done.
The underlying questions that must be answered are these: Who is actually being worshipped and honored by this type of contemporary worship? And should we implement a system of worship that appeals to the desires of the people, or should we concern ourselves with the desires of the One who is being worshipped? What does God require? The worship and praise we give to God were never designed to make us feel satisfied, good, or entertained. Worship is primarily meant to please, honor, and glorify God. And it is amazing that God’s inspired writings tell us conclusively not to bring loud music with drums, dancing, and shouting into our camp meetings.
“The things you have described as taking place in Indiana, the Lord has shown me would take place just before the close of probation. Every uncouth thing will be demonstrated. There will be shouting, with drums, music, and dancing. The senses of rational beings will become so confused that they cannot be trusted to make right decisions. And this is called the moving of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit never reveals Itself in such methods, in such a bedlam of noise. This is an invention of Satan to cover up his ingenious methods for making of none effect the pure, sincere, elevating, ennobling, sanctifying truth for this time. Better never have the worship of God blended with music than to use musical instruments to do the work which last January was represented to me would be brought into our camp meetings.” (Selected Messages, Vol. 2, p. 36).
If we look at what took place at the 2023 Danish Union Annual Camp Meeting, we see a complete fulfillment of the statement above. God says we shouldn’t bring these kinds of displays into our church, our homes or our camp meetings. God detests what took place in this Seventh-day Adventist camp meeting in Denmark. These new worship experiences are the work of Satan, and they are no different from what is done in worldly dance clubs and rock concerts.
We have church leaders and members all around the world who are pushing for these new modern worship styles with drums and dancing. And if your church, your pastor, your union president, or a division leader puts these ideas in your head, rebuke that pastor and run away as fast as you can, because that place is a worldly and pagan dance club, not a place of worship. Those who introduce these worldly methods into our worship service and those who support them have unchurched the church.
“There is nothing in these demonstrations which will convince the world that we have the truth. Mere noise and shouting are no evidence of sanctification, or of the descent of the Holy Spirit. Your wild demonstrations create only disgust in the minds of unbelievers” (Selected Messages, Vol. 2, p. 35).
The true worship of God is being replaced by creative visuals, colorful lights, smoke machines, and rock rhythms with Jesus lyrics. Do we really want to bring God’s church to these new lows? Worship is not about being entertained. Jesus defined worship in His own words:
“God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth” John 4:24.
“This people draweth nigh unto Me with their mouth, and honoureth Me with their lips; but their heart is far from Me” Matthew 15:8.
If you are involved in Satan’s style of worship, we urge you to get out of it. Find a place where people worship God in spirit and in truth before you lose your soul and the soul of your loved ones.
“I was shown the necessity of those who believe that we are having the last message of mercy, being separate from those who are daily imbibing new errors. I saw that neither young nor old should attend their meetings; for it is wrong to thus encourage them while they teach error that is a deadly poison to the soul and teach for doctrines the commandments of men. The influence of such gatherings is not good. If God has delivered us from such darkness and error, we should stand fast in the liberty wherewith He has set us free and rejoice in the truth. God is displeased with us when we go to listen to error, without being obliged to go; for unless He sends us to those meetings where error is forced home to the people by the power of the will, He will not keep us. Angels cease their watchful care over us, and we are left to the buffetings of the enemy, to be darkened and weakened by him and the power of his evil angels; and the light around us becomes contaminated with the darkness” (Early Writings, 124).

Our church has begun to fall as foretold, and only those who hold fast to our beliefs will go through to the end. So many will fall away and only a very few will be true. So many of our pastors will have to give an account of their disloyalty to God. They are so easily swayed to be popular and in favor with the people instead of being true to God. They want to be every bodies buddy.
Everything Sister White told us is coming to pass with ever more intensity and depravity. You know what’s next? The close of probation for SDAs.

At chap 11:11 God said that He will take them out of the church, but because their presumption He change his plans on chap. 24 He leave them inside the caldron and burned until it molted.
The dead of Ezekiel wife represent the destruction of “desire of thine eyes” God church, just as Eze 24:24 said: “Thus Ezekiel is unto you a sign”. Thats why the Bible talk about a remmanent whom will be saved and not a church.

Ridiculous! It sickens me to see what some of our churches have become. These kids are the future of the SDA church? I don’t think so! The leaders of our churches from the General Conference down to the local pastors are to blame for this nonsense. They are letting things get way too out of control.
First it was the appointment of deaconesses which isn’t a Biblical position. Then it was women Elders which again is contrary to the Biblical structure of the church. Then it was modernizing the song service with overhead projectors and screens to read…then they slowly started to replace the hymns with praise music with it’s repetitive lyrics…and the casual immodest dress and jewelry slipping in by congregants following the leadership’s example… and here we are looking like the world and partaking of its spirit… Baal-Peor on the border of the Heavenly Canaan for as we all know history repeats itself!
Ichabod! Ichabod! The glory is departed from those who partake in this.
SDA Conference “church” along with the other babylonish “churches” and the Antichrist “church” will be our worst persecutors at the and in the time of the Sunday Law!!! Shameful fall!! Here these poor youth are sadly fallen into devil worship. No difference is now between Babylon churches and SDA. Is heart breaking!! Same thing like those camporres in Brazil!! Possible this will spread through all the world!! May God have mercy upon our souls!!!
I agree Dan. When the GC does nothing to correct or censure these churches, they are complicit and they condone the acts by inaction. The GC allows various types of errors into the churches. The GC allows union (projects, meetings, united worship service, etc.) with the anti Christ power. The GC of the SDA church has bridged the gap with the anti Christ power. The GC is in apostasy. The churches are quickly becoming like the GC.
Roy Adams, Ph.D., an associate editor of Adventist Review said the following in the August 28, 2008 Adventist Review on page 5,”Today we hesitate to claim we’re the remnant; but as for Laodicea, that’s us! Us alone!” Roy Adams is correct. The GC has allowed the SDA church to become Laodicea, a church without God that needs to repent.
Bringing disgrace to the church. The holy spirit is missing in such atmosphere. Doom days ahead.
