Members of Ellen G white are fake Sabbath keepers. They don’t share that same covenant with the Israelites first and foremost.

1. In Deut 5:15 it is clear that Sabbath keeping started when the Israelites pass through the Reed Sea from Egypt. God wanted them through Mosses to observe Sabbath to remind them of this event. Secondary reason is that, it shadows 7th day of creation. BUT, TAKE note, Mosses and Aaron are authors of the book of Genesis wherein the creation story follows a sequential days but on the other side of the gospel it is also written that One day is like a thousand years and a thousand, one day” therefore it has to be understood contextually. Is the number of days in creation literal or figurative? Of course it’s not literal.

Christians are under the New Covenant with Christ not under Mosses.
