I agree that homosexuals, in the States likely have a legal right to civil unions. No priest can “bless” a homosexual union any more than they can turn bread and or wine into the body/blood of Christ. Civil unions are not church membership or fellowship. Recalcitrant gays, which most of them are, should be shunned, avoided, like lepers in the NT and OT.
