The papacy and the British monarchy are the largest monarchies in the world. The Roman pontiffs are the supreme rulers of the world with the absolute power. They are referred to as the supreme divine beings with authority that’s why they are referred as pontifex Maximus which means in Latin as the greatest bridge buildmaker. The Pope’s are the heads of state and governments and are also the leaders of church state religion. In the book called Western watchman dated July 27 ,1912, says; that all the presidents’ Prime ministers, Kings,queens of this world are the alter boys of the Pope. Which means all the world leaders bow down in reverence of the Popes .The King’s and queens of England have a belief also that they have a divine call, they believe that they are annointed and they are the successors to the David’s throne. During the middle ages the Pope’s and British monarchy were rivals and that’s why King Charles III of England decided to break ties with Rome and formed his own English church, in 1534,from that time the church of England became a protestant church although the church itself still clung to the Roman Catholic doctrines, but 500 years later they have now joined hands together in the ecumenical movement to bury their differences.
