It is vain worship.

Mark 7:7
Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

And Which day is the Lord’s day Scripture has not left us to Guess The combination of these two texts gives the simple answer that is Saturday the seventh day of the week

Mark 2:27-28
And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: [28] Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.

Isaiah 58:13
If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the Lord, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:

Sunday as said is a Traditional day of worship and not the the day blessed and sanctified and hallowed by the God of Heaven and earth.
