Can you prove it based on the Bible and the Bible only?

I say that because

Adam was born in 4004 BC, and Christ was born in 4 BC (4000 years apart)
Adam sinned in the year 3970 BC, and Christ died in 31 AD. (4000 years apart).

These can be proven from Scripture alone.
