Why are they taking moneys from those women during 4 years doing the exact same degree then putting another title on their diploma ?

Why not accept that if there is a vote at the church level this means that it can be voted, therefore it cannot be a sin to go either way, ordination or not ?
Why impose a world view that would mean closing doors of churches in entire countries were men and women must have the same status to direct the organisation in any capacity as soon as they are employed ?
How can we have ordained elders, and not ordained pastors – women ? This means that is is not a biblical problem. It’s just a matter of who gets paid what and who can get up the ladder.
