“Let Heaven Decide” is a song that has been circulating at the 62nd General Conference Session. This song is more than music—it’s a cry for awareness and a call to action on behalf of those whose voices have been marginalized or silenced. It powerfully amplifies the experience of those affected by the 2015 vaccine statement and its 2021 reaffirmation. No matter your stance, it’s hard not to be moved by a song that so honestly captures the spirit of the forgotten in our church. “Let Heaven Decide” will be forever linked to the 62nd General Conference Session.
The song is a tribute to the work of SDA PEARL, which stands for “Seventh-day Adventist Platform Encouraging Autonomy, Reformation, and Liberty.” What began as a humble effort has grown into a global movement challenging the church’s official statements that, during the pandemic, made it difficult for many members to obtain religious exemptions. The movement was founded by Henk Viljoen, a committed Seventh-day Adventist from Namibia, a nation on the southwest coast of Africa.
The efforts of SDA PEARL have led to 101 Seventh-day Adventist churches, three conferences—North New South Wales (Australia), KwaZulu-Natal Free State (South Africa), and Baden-Württemberg (Germany)—and one union, the Australian Union Conference, joining the growing movement to voice serious concerns over the church’s 2015 and 2021 vaccination statements. Please continue to keep this situation in prayer. In an unprecedented move during the 62nd General Conference Session, the General Conference leadership has agreed to revisit and study the church’s vaccination statements—despite earlier indications that the matter was closed. We express our sincere thanks to the Steering Committee, which oversees the operation of the General Conference Session, for formally requesting that the Executive Officers—President, Secretary, and Treasurer—review these important concerns. We ask for your continued prayers as this process unfolds.

Sure this song have deeply penetrated my heart that I burst into bitterest cry hearting my eyes. I sobbed prayed for God’s intervention to save these souls, stir their hearts to realize examine their motives why why have they cross the line departed from the basic pillars of our beliefs. The Lord had save my family from death having succumed to vax, some partially to save our jobs. I am 83 years old baptized in the faith since I found Him when I was 15. I encountered this song on Jared,s interview with Dr. Conrad Vine. My heart is with them too Ron Kelly, Barbara Oneil, and many others. Compassion, mercy, forgiveness, righting spirit where we fall if proven, where is such affection preferring each other? Lost! Are their fruits satanic? Is that saving souls especially in our own household? God forbid.
Yes, many unsung heroes unknown. To the oppressed, mistaken perceptions of the higher ups, many supplications been rising up to heaven in your behalf. What a music! Surely the Holy Spirit had put mighty truth. So distraught, God led me then after in What’s up Prof “Shall we leave the church?” Now I know what PEARL means. Many thanks. I just found you.
Double jeopardy. The music, Clash of Minds gave me peace. Still growing in faith. I strongly believe God has His own. Yes, minority as T W singled out as a “nobody” to be given a piece of his mind to contemplate of their suffering. 144k is a minority too. Love these guys above more to the founder.
I thank God for you answering His call to lift up His name. “Go feed my sheep and strengthen the brethren.”
I just made a comment: Correction on my statement : It”s not What”s Up Prof but Clash of Minds. If you can edit it please. Thanks.
I believe it’s been updated, because it says “Clash of Minds”
I realize this is a couple days old now, so irrelevant by modern standards, but I feel compelled. Not bcuz I desire a soapbox or an outlet to vent. Bcuz ignorance kills.
In revelation ch 7 and 10 Jesus let’s us know that he only needs 144k peeps to allow him to finish a work of sanctification within their souls. If you thought with 23 million Adventists that wouldn’t be a problem, well, we’re still here so there ya go. What’s the 3 angels messages for??? To call out a people to come and be separate. To allow God to perform his mysterious work within each who heed that call. That message has been global for an entire generation now. For 4 decades we’ve been broadcasting the messages through satellite, TV, radio, cable, cellular, print, schools, hospitals, politics, etc.
Nevertheless, Matthew 13:10-17.
The ark of the last days only has 144k seats available.
Let us allow for a bold statement, not for clickbait, but for honest internal examination within our hearts. The seventh day adventist church, by biblical standards, is an abomination.
I realize this will raise unchristian feelings, but like I said, it’s not without biblical support.
The study of eschatology through the lens of type vs anti-type plainly reveals the truth. We should keep ourselves from becoming like faithful catholics who deny the word for love of tradition.
Christ’s church isn’t labeled as adventist in the Bible, yet the historical beliefs held by that group reflect the clearly revealed truth within the Bible. That same Bible was also in the hands of Alexandria, Rome, Israel, and many others while they all denied/deny the validity of all doctrines within it’s pages.
Christ’s church as revealed to Elijah, Paul, and John is a collection of people who refuse to bow the knee to Satan.
Christ’s sheep are not all of any one fold. His church doesn’t have a world headquarters. Righteousness isn’t voted on by men caught up in worldly affairs. Jesus is the head of his church. Not a man, committee, or board.
These wicked men deceive their own hearts justifying that which they do by traditions they establish in a black book, which isn’t the Bible. They have through their own endeavors put aside Christ and have taken up Satan as their leader through coercion, deception, laziness, greed, and lust for power.
Which elected delegates sew sails like Paul? Which like Christ relied on the Father for sustenance instead of the pockets of their peers? Which slothful seated pastors have primary incomes outside tithe? If they do not go forth and preach the 3 angels messages, what right do they have at the Lord’s banquet table?
Outside a few exceptions faithful to Jesus’s command to teach present truth, the denomination as a whole completely and purely reflects Christ’s church while he walked the earth cloaked in flesh.
Many through their actions deny the resurrection as the saducees did. The ruling class are even today following lockstep with the type in Christ’s day electing the princes of kings and sons of high priests who lord over the ignorant masses.
As Solomon said, there is nothing new under the sun.
Everyone else is busy like the pharisees, keeping up appearances in church on sabbath while inwardly being corrupt.
For those who believe Ellen said adventism is the last belief system to precede Jesus in glory, you are right. But do not confuse those precise words to mean the denomination. Consider yourself as a Christian, yet where is that particular denomination located? It is the same understanding. Hence her admonition that there will be no church hierarchy in the final days.
Remember, seats are filling up fast. Rsvp yours today within the word and be confident in the plain reading. Think not Jesus wasted his time recording it and then fully revealing it for us so others can regurgitate it in 30 minutes on sabbath.
Wow! Food for thought there… sad to state but the leadership has a major problem of “you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours… you watch my back and I’ll watch yours… I’ll make room for your relatives to be employed in my conference, union, or division if you make room for mine.”
How is it that the very guy who backed up Ted Wilson during the 2022 session to bury any discussion on vaccine statements (that are found under doctrine on the GC website) is now GC PRESIDENT? I think I smell rotten backroom deals.
Backroom deals are nothing new….Ted Wilson made it publicly known only after the fact, that there was a meeting with catholic representatives during a previous GC. It was on the last Thursday of that GC session.
Lord help us!
We shouldn’t be surprised when there are disasters causing property loss during the shaking.
