About four months ago, U.S sent a large armada of warships to the carribean under the pretext and disguise of fighting the Drugs and Narcotics. The U.S had put in place a bounty of 50 million dollars for any one with Maduro’s whereabouts. He was indicted by NEW YORK federal court over the exportation of illegal narcotics trafficking and prosecutor Carol Bondi issued sterning warning to President Nicholas Maduro and his cronies in the inner circle.
Now, President Nicholas Maduro ,has been captured by the Delta special forces ,and flown to New York together with his wife, and he has now joined the list of leaders who have defied American authority, namely: Manuel Noriega of Panama, Saddam Hussein of Iraq, Juan Hernadez of Honduras, these leaders rejected American hegemony and they were overthrown out of power. The Trump administration has now decided to use force as the last resort if any leader rejects his demands. Trump has expressed interest in the Venezuela oil sector, because the country has the world’s largest reserves which have been untapped, it produces about 303 million barrels of oil. During the reign of the late President Hugo Chavez, he nationalized all the oil companies and placed under PDVSA state oil co-operation managed by the Venezuelan government . U.S government under the then President George W. Bush was very furious with Hugo Chavez, and he organized a coup de tat in 2002, but absolutely failed. Maduro is the victim of circumstances the oil and gas reserves were his major problems. During the 2024, Presidential campaigns in U.S, Trump told his supporters that he will make Venezuela to become a 51st of America, because he was interested with the country’s oil reserves.

Pope Francis called for the early elections in Venezuela yet there was a sitting government in place.Maduro’s crime was that he failed to pay the honour and the allegiance to the Pope.

Maduro was elected and he was not recognized by the Vatican, and eve the western countries particularly the U.S. Instead of recognizing Maduro they recognized the opposition, only the third world countries who recognized his presidency, despite the fact that Venezuela has the largest catholic population of 96%, it should also be note worthy, the Jesuit Supreme General Arturo Sosa hails from Venezuela just like Maduro.This reminds of the Book of Daniel chapter 7, about the stout little horn , which plucked the three out of ten horns.
