If you read the book of Matthew 24:6. Jesus predicted that during the last days , wars and rumours of war will be heard in every corner of the globe. Nation shall rise against another Nation and Kingdom against Kingdom. Today in our world especially in this era of multipolarity, we are witnessing rivarly and tensions between various countries. wars are ranging from the middle east pitting the rival middle east powers Iran and Israel, they fought for 12 days with the later seeking a ceasefire. China is threatening to attack it’s breakaway province (Taiwan) which it considers to be it’s sovereign territory if it seeks it’s independence with United States government pouring billions of dollars for weapons sales.
Now, as we are talking the Reuters media reported that U.S president Donald Trump has authorized deployment of three arleigh burke class amphibious warships in the Venezuela waters in latin America. The Bush and Trump administrations have had a beef with the Socialist Bolivarian revolution of Republic of Venezuela. The late President Hugo Chavez won the power in 1998 elections which swept him to power and introduced reforms that would transform people’s lives. He nationalized oil companies, which benefitted U.S Companies which exploited Venezuela for many years.
Chavez introduced reforms that would make Venezuela benefit from their oil and this would put him at odds with U.S government. These reforms would transform the country socially, politically, economically. He branded himself as a Bolivarian socialist, this statement did not augur well with the neocons in Washington D.C. Hugo Chavez , ruled Venezuela for 15 years, he won susequent elections in 2006, 2013 respectively with the overwhelming majority. But he was overthrown in 2002 after attempted coup detat supported by the Bush administration in America which failed.
Finally Chavez, succumbed to cancer after receiving treatment in cuba, where he learned the revolutionary politics from his mentor Fidel Castro. During his tenure he established strong relations with his leftist colleagues, Nicaragua’s Daniel Ortega, Bolivia’s Evo Morales, and Iran’s Mahmoud Ahmednejjad. He died in 2013, and he chose his Vice president as his successor , who is now the President Nicholas Maduro. Maduro won the 2013 and 2018 elections respectively, and the Trump administration indicted him for engaging in Iliicit narcotic drugs trafficking. The New york cour court indicted him for those charges.
Earlier this month , Attorney General Pam Bondi accused Maduro personally for being a drug trafficker and has engaged with mexican drug dealers of sinaloa. U.S Government has raised amount of bounty of 50 million dollars for anyone who could have information about him. But those allegations are false . The real intention of Trump’s administration to invade Venezuela is because it has the world’s largest oil reserves, another reason is because Maduro has close relationship with Russia and China which are geopolitical adversaries of U.S.The last reason which America considers the invasion to be inevitable is Maduro’s government decision to abandon the dollar currency for oil transactions with the chinese yuan, which also led to the fall of Saddam Hussein and Muammar Gaddafi in their respective countries of Iraq and Libya.
You are way off topic with your praise of the socialist dictators of Venezuela.
Andy, please delete the comment I am responding to.
Why are you furious brother? I have just made a comment in regard to how U.S is making aggression in a sovereign independent state ,under the guise and pretext of fighting drug cartels? President Nicholas Maduro is democratically elected. So , my friend ? Stop calling him a dictator? In fact it’s you who is out of context, please understand the context, before making any comment?
