February 28, 2026—The United States and Israel, upon unleashing their military firepower in Iran, killing its supreme leader the Ayatollah Khamenei and other high-ranking personnel, have substantially altered the dynamics of power in the Middle East. In the name of punishing the Iranian regime for its pursuit of building nuclear capabilities that could be used for war and for its sponsorship of terrorist networks targeting Israeli and American interests, the United States is also seeking revenge for past humiliations it has endured at the hands of the theocratic state—including the captivity of 52 employees of its embassy for 444 days (November 4, 1979—January 20, 1981) and the slaughter of 241 U.S. military and diplomatic personnel in Beirut, Lebanon, on October 23, 1983 (abetted by Iranian terrorism). As one Australian political lecturer declared:

February 1, 1979—After spending 15 years in exile in France, Muslim cleric the Ayatollah Khomeni returned to his homeland days after the departure of the Shah of Iran, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. Up to five million people greeted the 78-year-old embodiment of the Islamic Revolution, which ended 25 centuries of monarchical rule (going back to the days of Media and Persia). Ten days later, the Islamic Republic of Iran, ruled by a religious theocracy, was established. It denounced the United States as “The Great Satan,” blaming it for a decline in morality as seen in the attire of its people who adopted Western fashions under the Shah’s reign. Forty-seven years of pent-up frustrations have led the United States, in the person of its chief executive, Donald J. Trump, to use its firepower to try to force Iran to submit to its will. On Friday, March 6, 2026, twenty evangelical leaders, including President Trump’s spiritual adviser Paula White, prayed for him and for the success of the military enterprise. This war is being interpreted by them as seeing out God’s will for the Middle East. Franklin Graham, the son of the late American evangelist Billy Graham, declared:

Some military men are even invoking Armageddon:
“For some U.S. military commanders, the emerging war in Iran is part of a biblical plan to bring about the end of the world as we know it, according to complaints filed by over 100 service members…
“‘We started getting calls in the wee hours of Saturday morning from people [‘from more than three dozen military units situated in at least 30 different military installations’] saying their commanders were just jubilant about this and trying to tell people, ‘Don’t worry, it’s all part of God’s plan,’ [Mikey Weinstein, President/Founder of Military Religious Freedom Foundation] said…

Such religious zealotry, stemming from the Jesuit interpretation of prophecy regarding the “rapture,” ties in with the announcement by President Trump that a quadrupling of “exquisite class” weaponry is to be undertaken by Lockheed Martin—an American aerospace-military defense company—to serve the interests of this war (The Hill, March 6, 2026, Washington, D.C.). Not only are we witnessing yet another demonstration of the power of the second beast in Revelation 13, but also of the influence of apostate Protestantism to mold the U.S. industrial-military complex to fulfill its purposes. We read about its role in the last days:
“When Protestant churches shall unite with the secular power to sustain a false religion, for opposing which their ancestors endured the fiercest persecution, then will the papal Sabbath be enforced by the combined authority of church and state. There will be a national apostasy, which will end only in national ruin.” Bible Training School, February 1, 1913
CONCLUSION: Whatever the duration, outcome, and aftermath of this conflict — with all the unpredictable twists and turns that can happen in any war — we are moving towards a time of unprecedented crisis. How long till we reach that point is not for us to say. May we be sensible, balanced, prudent, prayerful, and filled with sanctified wisdom in a time of uncertainty. Let us not be afraid, but be awake, alert, and aware.

For the students of bible prophecy in the book of Revelation 16:16 the word ” Armaggedon is mentioned in this verse , however the word does not mean the current military conflict that’s happening in the middle east. This is basically a last day spiritual battle between the forces of good and evil? But now, the Evangelical leaders both from political and religious spectrum who are pro -Zionist supporters have imposed an illegal against the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Evangelical religious leaders such as Pastor John Hagee who founded the organization called Christian united for Israel which is the largest Pro-Israel organization in the U.S and has millions of members in the members and also happens to be a leading lobbying force. Mr. John Hagee is a leading Evangelical pastor who publicly supports the state of Zionist Israel and whatever the regime does. Also in the U.S political spectrum we have notable prominent figures such as Former Vice President Mike Pence who is an evangelical Catholic, he previously equated evangelical faith with political zionism. He oftens cites the bibilical prophecy in regard to Israeli legitimacy.
Other American political leaders, who are pro -Zionists are Senators Ted Cruz, Lindsey Graham, Tom Cotton frequently echo pro zionist perspectives in their foregn policy stances. There is also another important political figure is Mike Huckabee is also a pro -Zionist supporter and he is a very close ally to U.S President Donald Trump and he was appointed as American ambasador to Israel. He recently made a comment which made him to enconter Arab nations fury, when he said he supports the ” Greater Israeli plan”. There is thdis lobby called AIPAC (American Israeli public Affairs Committee) this lobby is the most pro – Israeli supporter and has been funding presidential candidates to all candidates who support Israel. Donald Trump who came into prominence during his first term projecting himself as peacemaker came to power in January 20,2017, after he defeated her Democratic rival former secretary of state Hilary Clinton, had the suport of the AIPAC. During his first term, Trump’s Presidency made a lot of changes particularly in America, he made his economic policies by imposing economic tarriffs on goods imported from outside especially China which is a geopolitical rival of U.S in the international arena by creating millions of jobs in America.
On the sensitive area this is the foreign policy , he made friendship with geopolitical leaders like Russia’s President Vladimir Putin , China’s President Xi Jinping, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. But when it comes to Iran he made an aggressive altitude. During the Obama’s Democratic Presidency, he made a historical diplomatic milestone after he signed a nuclear deal with Iran in 2015, which was signed between America and other four world poers plus Germany known as P5+1. The agreement to this deal was that Iran should not enrich uranium which is capable of making nuclear weapons and in return the economic sanctions imposed against Iran would be relaxed so as to pave way for Iran’s econmic lifeline. But Zionist Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was very unhappy with this deal? Since he became Israeli Prime Minister in 1996, he had approached successive American Presidents such as Bill Cinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama to make a military aggression against Iran but with no success. Trump withdrew from the nuclear deal in may ,2018 citing flows and declared it to be a flawed bad deal and blamed Obama for making Iran a nuclear armed country.
Netanyahu has made allegations against existential threat posed by Iranian nuclear programme, and therefore he sought help from America but without success. He even threatened to attack unilaterally even if America does not give him the greenlight. On the other hand Iran which is governed by Theocratic system of government does not recognize Israel, because those Jews who went to that part of land in Palestine are illegal and therefore they are marauding thieves, murderers who came to steal ,pillage and kill the innocent palestinians. They came from southern Russia they are khazzar Jews and not the bibilical Israel Jewish nation. This prompted Iranian firebrand President Mahmoud Ahmednejjad to declare that ”Israel should be wiped off the map” they are cancerous tumor to the middle east and they are disgrace and stain to the Islamic world. The Israeli Likud government of Benjamin Netanyahu was nervous against the AYATOLLAH regime in Tehran. Since the toppling of Shah regime in Tehran in 1979, Israel had very good diplomatic relations with Iran , but this changed when Ayatollah Khomeini came to power and reintroduced Islamic regime in Iran. Today , Iran reffers Israel as ”small satan” while United States is referred to as the ‘Great Satan”.Iran severed diplomatic relations with these two nations since 1979 Islamic revolution.
Inorder to understand the current conflict engulfing the middle east let’s go back to history briefly ? Iran was governed and ruled by Shah before 1953. The British had established an oil company in Tehran and in conjuction with the Soviets they aimed to eastablish an Anglo- Soviet oil company with the aim of exporting oil to their erspective countries. But the Soviets with from the country in 1946. However the country remained under the British rule. Mohammed Mossadegh was elected as Iranian Prime Minister in 1951 democratically and two years later he nationalized the oil companies making them to be run by the Iranians at the expense of the British. This decision made the British to be furious with Mossadegh and they sought the services of Dwight Eisenhower the newly Republican President in America the M-16 worked in conjuction with the CIA to ovethrow a democratic elected regime and finally Mossadegh was arrested and detained in his home where he later died. In his place Mohammed Reza Pallahvi Shah was intalled into power in 1953 where he ruled with an iron fist until he was overthrown in february 11,1979.
Trump and Netanyahu regimes launched military aggression on 28 February,2026. The Operation epic fury and Operation rising lion were launched with these three bjectives –
-To overthrow the Islamic theocratic regime in Iran.
-To eliminate missile and nuclear programme.
-To stop funding the terrorist groups in the middle east e.g Hezbollah, Hamas, Houthis.
Non of these objectives have been achieved the Islamic regime in Iran is strong and intact, the retalition military capabilities have increased with intesity than ever before targeting U.S and Israeli assets. The Iranian missiles and drone attacks are taking place ferociously, despite U.S and Israeli bombardment. There is no sign of regime change in Iran. The CIA and Mossad Intelligence had underestimated the retaliatory capabilities of the Islamic Republic. Now Trump and Netanyahu are in total qugmire they don’t know how this crisis will end . Only the time will tell? Now it’s fifth week and the hostilities still continue Tehran has rejcted Washington’s overtures of diplomatic talks until they achieve their desired victory. Let’s see which side will blink first?

They claim to invoke Armageddon, however this is an attempt to make people believe that they are fulfilling prophecy in Revelation. This falls along with Dispensationalism and zionism which also is contrary to Prophecy in God’s Word.

So, the truth is, they are preparing people for Armageddon, to rebel against God and to persecute those who are loyal and keep His Commandments and have the faith of Jesus. Revelation 14:12
Armageddon is the battle that will be fought between satan, his servants, and all those who receives the mark of the beast; in receiving the mark of the beast at the geeat test of loyalty at the time of “no buy or sell”, many will rebel against God’s by cboosing a false day of worship, and thereby placing themselves on satan’s side. This battle will climax after the message of Revelation 18 goes out to the world, the Loud Cry, warning the world not to receive the mark and to come out of Babylon(spiritual) who will enforce a false day of worship (even now they are clamoring for a “universal day of rest”). Then probation will close and the plagues will fall on all those who have chosen dioyalty to God by trampling on His Holy Law.
It is the final battle of the Great Controversy between God and His faithful loyal servant’s, and satan and his servants. But Christ will win this battle at His Second Coming.
“12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.
13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon. ”

This is what Armageddon is:
“These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. Revelation 17:14.
We need to study the pouring out of the seventh vial. The powers of evil will not yield up the conflict without a struggle. But Providence has a part to act in the battle of Armageddon. When the earth is lighted with the glory of the angel of Revelation eighteen, the religious elements, good and evil, will awake from slumber, and the armies of the living God will take the field.[17]
Four mighty angels hold back the powers of this earth till the servants of God are sealed in their foreheads. The nations of the world are eager for conflict; but they are held in check by the angels. When this restraining power is removed, there will come a time of trouble and anguish. Deadly instruments of warfare will be invented. Vessels, with their living cargo, will be entombed in the great deep. All who have not the spirit of truth will unite under the leadership of satanic agencies. But they are to be kept under control till the time shall come for the great battle of Armageddon.[18]
Every form of evil is to spring into intense activity. Evil angels unite their powers with evil men, and as they have been in constant conflict and attained an experience in the best modes of deception and battle, and have been strengthening for centuries, they will not yield the last great final contest without a desperate struggle. All the world will be on one side or the other of the question. The battle of Armageddon will be fought, and that day must find none of us sleeping. Wide awake we must be, as wise virgins having oil in our vessels with our lamps….
The power of the Holy Ghost must be upon us, and the Captain of the Lord’s host will stand at the head of the angels of heaven to direct the battle. Solemn events before us are yet to transpire. Trumpet after trumpet is to be sounded, vial after vial poured out one after another upon the inhabitants of the earth. Scenes of stupendous interest are right upon us” Mar pages257.1 – 257.5
“The blessed hope of the second appearing of Christ, with its solemn realities, needs to be often presented to the people. Looking for the soon appearing of our Lord will lead us to regard earthly things as emptiness and nothingness.
The battle of Armageddon is soon to be fought. He on whose vesture is written the name, King of kings, and Lord of lords, is soon to lead forth the armies of heaven.
It cannot now be said by the Lord’s servants, as it was by the prophet Daniel: “The time appointed was long.” Daniel 10:1. It is now but a short time till the witnesses for God will have done their work in preparing the way of the Lord…
The day of the Lord is approaching with stealthy tread; but the supposed great and wise men know not the signs of Christ’s coming or of the end of the world. Iniquity abounds, and the love of many has waxed cold.
There are thousands upon thousands, millions upon millions, who are now making their decision for eternal life or eternal death. The man who is wholly absorbed in his counting room, the man who finds pleasure at the gaming table, the man who loves to indulge perverted appetite, the amusement lover, the frequenters of the theater and the ballroom, put eternity out of their reckoning. The whole burden of their life is: What shall we eat? what shall we drink? and wherewithal shall we be clothed? They are not in the procession that is moving heavenward. They are led by the great apostate, and with him will be destroyed.
Unless we understand the importance of the moments that are swiftly passing into eternity, and make ready to stand in the great day of God, we shall be unfaithful stewards. The watchman is to know the time of night. Everything is now clothed with a solemnity that all who believe the truth for this time should realize. They should act in reference to the day of God. The judgments of God are about to fall upon the world, and we need to be preparing for that great day.
Our time is precious. We have but few, very few days of probation in which to make ready for the future, immortal life. We have no time to spend in haphazard movements. We should fear to skim the surface of the word of God.
It is as true now as when Christ was upon the earth, that every inroad made by the gospel upon the enemy’s dominion is met by fierce opposition from his vast armies. The conflict that is right upon us will be the most terrible ever witnessed. But though Satan is represented as being as strong as the strong man armed, his overthrow will be complete, and every one who unites with him in choosing apostasy rather than loyalty will perish with him.
The restraining Spirit of God is even now being withdrawn from the world. Hurricanes, storms, tempests, fire and flood, disasters by sea and land, follow each other in quick succession. Science seeks to explain all these. The signs thickening around us, telling of the near approach of the Son of God, are attributed to any other than the true cause. Men cannot discern the sentinel angels restraining the four winds that they shall not blow until the servants of God are sealed; but when God shall bid His angels loose the winds, there will be such a scene of strife as no pen can picture” 3TT pages 13.1 – 14.4
