Texas Values, a conservative Christian advocacy group, working together with Patriot Mobile, launched a statewide Ten Commandments Compliance Tracker on October 21 to identify public school districts that have fully complied, partially complied, or not complied with Texas Senate Bill 10. Texas Senate Bill 10 (SB 10) is a law that has been passed, requiring Texas public elementary and secondary schools to prominently display the Ten Commandments in every classroom.
The Christian advocacy organization is encouraging parents and community members to monitor schools and pressure administrators to display the Ten Commandments text. Texas Values published the following on October 21, 2026:
• “Texas Ten Commandments tracker is now live! Is your school district following Texas’ Ten Commandments Law? Now you can check.” [1]
• “Texas Values, in collaboration with Patriot Mobile, has launched the Ten Commandments Compliance Tracker (TCCT), which you can access here, giving Texans a public, real-time look at whether their school districts are in full compliance, partial compliance, or refusing to comply with the law.” [1]
• “This new tool puts information directly into the hands of parents, concerned citizens, and community leaders who want to see the Ten Commandments restored to Texas classrooms.” [1]
This is a significant church-state development because we are witnessing a statewide surveillance campaign designed to enlist the public in monitoring and reporting schools that fail to comply with a government-mandated law requiring the display of religious texts in public school. Texas Senate Bill 10 is a state law mandating the display of the Ten Commandments in school classrooms and raises concern about the government’s use of its authority to impose religious messaging in public education.
This Ten Commandment compliance campaign illustrates how Sunday laws will eventually be enacted and enforced. First, religious organizations mobilize public support and pressure lawmakers to establish religious requirements through legislation. Once those laws are enacted, organized campaigns enlisting citizens to monitor compliance, report violations, and pressure those that refuse to cooperate. This is precisely the kind of church-state cooperation that Revelation 13 warns will ultimately culminate in compulsory Sunday observance and the suppression of religious liberty.
