Fox News is actively promoting the idea that businesses should close on Sundays to boost overall productivity. They argue that giving employees a consistent day of rest, Sunday, will lead to higher energy levels, improved focus, and greater output during the rest of the workweek. This translates to higher profits with a smaller payroll. Fox News, citing studies, expert opinions, and even the Bible, is enticing companies with the promise of long-term benefits if Sunday is adopted as the designated day of rest for the workforce.
On May 24, 2025, Fox News published the following:
• “Numerous studies have found that there is a productivity ceiling.” [1]
• “The first research on this topic was done by the British Ministry of Munitions, which established a committee in 1915 to assess the work that resulted in equipping the soldiers in the Great War. They concluded that the British war effort required giving workers a Sabbath — so that the workers would produce more.” [1]
• “The report, in part, said that ‘the evidence is conclusive that Sunday labor, by depriving the worker of his weekly rest, offers him no sufficient opportunity for recovering from fatigue. Seven days’ labor only produces six days’ output and reductions in Sunday work have not involved any appreciable loss of output.” [1]
• “So God was right. The good life isn’t all leisure or all work. It’s six days of meaningful work, followed by a seventh day of sacred rest.” [1]
By encouraging businesses to close on Sundays under the guise of increasing productivity, Fox News has stepped outside the realm of objective journalism and into the territory of religious advocacy. Rather than reporting news and facts, the network is exalting Sunday as a sacred day of rest—an agenda historically promoted by the Roman Catholics and apostate Protestants. In doing so, Fox News is no longer acting as a media outlet but as a mouthpiece promoting Rome’s Sunday rest priorities.
This shift highlights a disturbing trend in which media platforms, political entities, labor unions, social groups, and other parties have become tools for advancing spiritual control under the pretense of economic or social benefit, thereby erasing the line between church and state and positioning the press as a puppet in the hands of ecclesiastical power.
It is only a matter of time before the growing calls for Sunday rest begin to take effect, shifting public opinion and policy toward a renewed reverence for Sunday observance. What once seemed like isolated efforts from news outlets, economists, health experts, and religious leaders are now converging into a broader movement aimed at reinstating Sunday as the day of rest. As these voices gain momentum, the groundwork is being laid for a time when Sunday will once again be imposed—first as a means to improve society and eventually as a religious and moral obligation—bringing Bible prophecy closer to its final fulfillment.

Actually the Sabbath is on Saturday and has been switched by no divine power! Man came up with Sunday because YASHUAH rose on the first day which is Sunday however folks wanted to honor Sunday as the Lords day because and only because HE’D rose on that day but the Sabbath was never divinely changed it is and will always be Saturday, so we must remember to worship in spirit, and truth! We’ll get much further doing what was commanded by THE MOST HIGH… BE not deceived people into continuously transgressing the SATURDAY SABBATH!!!

But in fact, the merging of Church and State is a superb idea… so long as it’s the fusion of the authentic religion of the Bible with God’s universal government and eternal law of love, His 10 Commandments.
