By the grace of God, I have safely arrived in Kenya and am so thankful to be serving the Lord on this mission trip. From the very beginning, I have seen God’s hand at work and am grateful for His protection, guidance, and the warm Christian fellowship we have experienced.
Tonight we concluded the first evening of our Revival and Reformation meetings at Satellite Newlife Seventh-day Adventist Church, where Pastor Jack Ogeda faithfully serves as the senior pastor. It was a tremendous blessing to see many precious souls respond to the appeal to stand for Christ and His truth. Some made decisions to dedicate their lives to Christ for the first time, while others recommitted themselves to Him, expressing their desire to deepen their relationship with the Savior and faithfully fulfill His mission in these closing hours of earth’s history. There is nothing more encouraging than witnessing the Holy Spirit working upon hearts.

Our ministry schedule extends well beyond the nightly revival meetings. On Friday, I have the privilege of joining local ministry leaders as we plan to visit a prison in Nairobi to preach the gospel, encourage the inmates, and witness the baptism of prisoners who have chosen to follow Christ. What a powerful reminder that the grace of God can reach any heart willing to receive Him.
Then, on Monday, I have been invited to join local conference and union leaders in leading out during a devotional worship service at the church headquarters. It is a privilege to encourage not only church members but also the pastors, administrators, and leaders who bear the responsibilities of planning and advancing God’s work. Those who labor in leadership also need encouragement, strength, and prayers as they seek to shepherd God’s people.
I would also appreciate your prayers for Pastor James Desvallons and Elder Justin Tobias, who are likewise here in Kenya ministering in another Seventh-day Adventist church in Nairobi. This was a planned mission trip for us to come to Africa together, each serving where the Lord has opened doors, to strengthen and encourage our brothers and sisters in Christ. While we are ministering in different congregations, we are united in the same purpose—to lift up Jesus Christ, proclaim His soon return, and encourage God’s people to remain faithful in these solemn times.
Please continue to pray for everyone involved in this mission. We look forward to sharing more updates in the coming days as we witness what God continues to accomplish here in Kenya. To Him be all the glory!
